We moved to AT&T from Verizon for our business account and could not be more pleased. The cell service is better in some significant ways over Verizon, even in places like sugar mountain and powderhorn. Customer service is personable and professional. Alisha and Patsy both are incredible to work with. They both took their time to make sure changing over our 23 lines was done right the first time. Cannot brag about them enough. Highly recommend them and AT&T!

This place was great! Was having a super tough day (due to a broken phone) and they definitely helped mood by curating an environment that was laid back and very fun and easygoing! Definitely not your typical tech store attitude or environment!

If you are in need of a great service and knowledgeable staff, you should stop by this AT&T store. Both Alisha and Patsy worked together until my issue was resolved . Their customer service skills are second to none!

The brunette girl behind the counter was extremely rude to my partner and threw her drink from come back shack in the trash and said "what do you want?" upon walking in. She acted so upset that people walked in! He then asked her about plans and she told him to "use Verizon then" after he asked about a specific deal he saw online and then rudely told him to "go to Walmart" and told the people behind him to do the same thing apparently because they ran into each other at the electronic counter at Walmart (which couldn't help him due to their computers freezing up). So he went back to AT&T and it was locked with a sign up that said "closed for the day" at 5PM when they are supposed to close at 8!!! 100% lost a customer and would recommend this employee is put through CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. He was so insulted by her and frustrated by the end of their interaction that no one should ever have to go through!!!!

Patsy helped me set up my line with FirstNet/ AT&T. She was efficient and knowledgeable, she left no questions I had unanswered. Most importantly she was kind and listened to my needs.Patsy found me the best deal and plan. She was very patient with me and took into account the other needs I had for my family members on my plan. I’m very happy with her customer service and I’m glad I switched my carrier. She made the process stress free! Please ask for her personally 5/24 My first bill came out today for first net! But it was very confusing for me to understand. I went in store & asked for Patsy again ! Patsy broke everything down with me. She printed out my bill and wrote down and highlighted everything ! She is so helpful that I went back because I knew she would help me and be happy to do so. She is so pleasant always even if the store is extremely busy.
