The receptionist/secretary and Tom are the most professional people you can deal with. The small office of 2 persons enables the patient to only be work with the Therapist(Tom). Tom has being doing Physical Therapy over 30 years and understands the body better than most doctors because of his experience.

Wish I could 0 stars ! I was referred here from my attorney from a terrible car wreck case. (In enough pain and dealing with a lot already) I was scheduled for an appointment yesterday and got extremely sick and was not able to call and cancel in time . Reached out this morning to apologize and possibly reschedule . Beth was so unconcerned and rude that it made me not even want to start service . From the unnecessary comments and outright “I don’t care attitude, it was such an ackward conversation. She stated “ it doesn’t matter how sick I was, I should have called to cancel “ so unprofessional. I asked for a call back from the owner/supervisor. When I got the return call, it was even worse lol. I greeted him with all respect and didn’t get any acknowledgment lol. He then states “ yea I hear you, but nothing was inappropriate about his staff’s remarks or mistreatment to me . So this is how they do business. Save your time, pain, and energy. Trash 👎🏾

Tom is an amazing therapist. He works with just you during your appointment time and doesn't juggle 2 to 3 patients at a time. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I wouldn't be where I am now without his guidance for well over a year. I've gone to other corporate offices and Tom's one on one is so important. He really wants to get you feeling better as soon as possible. 5 plus stars!

I have seen Tom for many reasons, post surgeries, consultations, etc. He is very personable knowledgeable, caring and he makes it fun and easy to go to pt. His patience with me was incredible. There is no like him and i would only go to him. I also love his staff.

This place is amazing! Tom and his staff are always friendly and welcoming. I was required by my surgeon to start seeing a physical therapist to help with my back and shoulder pain. While extremely nervous, Tom alleviated my fears. He is very personable and knowledge. Taking time to explain everything to me and giving me tools to use outside of his office. Will definitely recommend PT for the Carolinas to anyone.
