On Jan. 6th, I had a terrible experience at this store. My girlfriend purchased $1000 worth of chairs and lamps for her home. She asked me to pick up her chairs after work. She sent me an electronic copy of the receipt and had already confirmed my name with the wonderful young lady, Tee, who had helped her with the purchase. When I get to the store, that’s when all my problems started. The supervisor, Ashley, was eyeing me and treating my very disrespectfully. I may have looked dirty with my work uniform on but my name was on my shirt! Ashley was looking for every excuse to not give me those chairs. When Tee pointed to the chairs and I picked them up, the supervisor had some choice words for Tee. All I know, there’s no way in hell I was leaving that store without my girlfriend’s chairs. I love my life too much. I’m glad Tee was able to give me great customer service but the management at this location really needs to get it together! A regular guy like me wouldn’t just be there outta the blue to pick up fancy chairs. I had a receipt on my phone and it still wasn’t good enough. I felt very disrespected throughout the whole experience. Home Goods….DO BETTER.

The staff is constantly putting things back where they belong. they are fast to answer questions and to help as needed. Very easy to buy now and pickup later. Don't get me wrong ..I love home goods and I love their selection. But what annoyed me on my last visit and several others is the dirty bathroom. Paper towels spewing out of the trash on the floor. Didn't have any soap in the soap dispenser. And had soap from off the aisle in the bathroom which probably isn't even antibacterial soap. They dont have purse hooks on the back of the door so u have to hold your purse in your lap while using the toilet. Not cool. Hopefully they get this fixed. I feel sorry for any mother who has to take her kid in there. It's a hot mess!

This is the kind of place you go when you want a deal and don't need that one exact thing. I've bought a lot of dog toys here, as well as the more usual pillows and cooking utensils. This is not a pet friendly store, but the service dog I'm training snuck into a couple photos.
