I rented a storage unit in April of this year f or $78 per month which included $14 per month for mandatory insurance from them. I set up automatic draft for payment per month. When I checked my bank statement they were drafting $85 with no notification that my rent would increase. When I asked the manager she simply said ent $71 + $14 insurance = $85 I do not recommend this place for increasing the price with no notification. This is poor customer service and fraudulent business practices.

I’ve used this storage place twice and if I ever need to again I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. The staff has always been polite, helpful and caring. Willing to work with you the best way they can. I even forgot to lock my unit and didn’t hesitate to call me and let me know. I love how they keep in touch with you if you’re behind on payments. Really awesome people.
