Customer service seems nice. But then the lies start coming. I finance the iPhone 12 and he threw all kind of Accessories in my bag. And told me it was a package deal. I looked at my receipt. He add charges $200.00 worth. As I was in my truck he was leaving. So I wait until the next morning. Where he refund me. The lie they steal. I will be going to Clearwater police to file a report. Tomorrow morning.

I have been working with Kaiser for over a year now and always look forward to my next visit as he always makes me laugh and solves my phone problems. There are Metro Stores closer to my home but Kaiser is world-class and I highly recommend him!

This place is GREAT!!! My husband and I won't go anywhere else. We've been here several times over the last couple years and they ALWAYS take great care of us. They're honest, knowledgeable, and fabulous customer service! Highly recommend!!!

Just went here after I was hung up on twice simply for asking for help with a phone I purchased thru metro pcs the owner was extremely direspectful and arrogant after only refreshing the networks my phone shut off and he said it had a virus....the problem was call quality . No biggie but he talked as if he spoke to a dog and then preceded to kick me out of his store I will never step foot into a store like that very racist individual and honestly after just moving here it's sad to think these are the type of people running a business here !
