They were short staffed and only taking appointments which were a week out. Could have made a sale that day with me upgrading but I did not find it necessary to wait a whole week.

The people here are nice. Kyle and Ashelle, the manager, took time to work through the issues. However the company itself treat their customers horrifically. They actively encourage you to go to another carrier by their lack of concern for customers. I cannot believe how they have gotten customer service so wrong. Verizon, YOU need to do better.

Absolutely terrible! They scammed me into buying a brand new phone that doesn't work then tells me when I call they want to troubleshoot it. They did that twice to know avail then turn around and tell me that I can't exchange the phone and have to pay it off. That's okay. I'm going to pay it in full this weekend and cancel my service with Verizon as a 5-year customer. I'm done with these people trash, absolute trash!

I made an appointment online and I was not disappointed. And employee helped me promptly and was very friendly and helpful. I don't know much about phone technology. He took my new phone and transfer the data, put on the glass and the case and delete it all the data from my old phone. The process was very easy and I was out the door in about 35 minutes. Thank you Verizon for excellent service.

The good news is that this is a corporately owned store, not a franchise. The franchise staff is on commission and act that way. The waits here, especially during peak hours, can exceed 45 minutes. The staff is competent, but sometimes will take a shortcut or two in order to move onto the next customer. Make sure that all of your needs are met or your phone before giving up. I have personally bought 4 phones here for myself as well as nearly a dozen others while helping friends.
