Thrilled with service. Entire staff in store professional. Helpful to each other. Great teamwork. Atmosphere in store great. Staff had wonderful synergy. Were actively employed the whole time I was there. Helpful to all of the seniors that walked in. Zachary was incredibly patient with me. I have neurological issues. Was knowledgeable and able to explain things. I give them.a 10. Will send as many people there as I as I can as we need tech support . Live in large senior development and we are all have difficulty with our phones. I help my neighbors with independent living skills. And will definitely send them there. Great job training them.and having providing a well needed service.

The service is way better than Verizon, but this store is super understaffed. Go to another location if you can. We also were told our bill would be $130 but I just got the first one and it’s $168. Not exactly thrilled since we switched to save money and now we’re paying $20 more per month. (UPDATE: Bradley Dodson got in touch with us quickly and fixed everything! He was super adamant about making sure we had the best experience with T-Mobile. Especially since this is our first time switching over from Verizon!)

I switched from Verizon, not only did i get better service, more benefits, and a better plan but I also got home internet, better customer service and cut my bill in half with all that included! I recommend them to everyone who will listen.

Had a Great service at the Hendersonville location 👌. Talking and understanding the phone ie.. representative was another story. Had a pleasant experience at the store though.

I'm switching to T-Mobile soon, and I came down to the store to ask a few questions and clarify some things, I was helped by Jay- i experienced excellent customer service, and he's clearly well versed at his job as i was unable to stump him with any of my questions. 👍👍

Wouldn't recommend going to this location. It cost me $60 to sign up for service on Sunday and then I was told they would hold a phone for me to pick-up on Monday. I came back on Monday and the phone was accidentally given away. I was told that there were more phones coming in that day and they would call when they had a chance to sort through them. No one called, so I called on Wednesday and the guy was very rude. Said there was no way I could talk to his manager; he wouldn't even take my phone number to call me back later. I still don't have a phone and the number isn't even activated. Basically, they stole $60 from me and were rude or downright lied at ever step along the way! Disgraceful customer service!

Excellent in-store experiences. Initially visited to enroll in TMHI and was assisted by Robert. He did a great job getting me started. I encountered some equipment issues a few days in and phoned tech support (translate: script readers). They were courteous and kind, but not much help. So I returned to store and was assisted by Heidi, who could answer all my questions and get my issues resolved. She offered superior customer service. And I'm a happy customer because of it. 😄
