I always get excellent assistance from my drive thru teller for years at branch on corner of 16th street and Springs Road, in Hickory for at least five years. Wells Fargo 800 number assistance has also given me great help always when I need to call them.

The staff is awesome and amazingly kind. I had a great experience everyday I (business) banked with them. Kudo's to Kelly the branch manager and Amber. I'm from NM and they made me feel so welcomed in their branch. It because of them that I really enjoyed banking there.

Stopped here last week for a friend. Lobby STILL not open. Unbelievable that people will put up with this bad customer service. Our office has been open to customers for over a year!! Our accounts won't be coming to this business any time soon.

one of the bankers on the table was very un professional gave me falls information and did a great job on making someone feel down, then I went to wells fargo in down town and the lady was so helpful explained everything correctly and set me up an appointment tomorrow to get my stuff going.
