Everyone I’ve ever spoken with at this pharmacy is so nice. Extremely helpful and understanding

Don't go to this one they are always out of stock 3 out of 5 times. Was trying to find a place closer to the house and this was a bad decision.

Probably the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The drive thru wasn’t worth switching from the pharmacy on N Main. The service is awful especially having to call 4-5 times to get prescriptions refilled and never receiving text notifications (since they never get filled if you refill them on the Walmart app unless you actually call them). Not to mention the drive thru lady is not a pleasant woman to deal with. Could be DAYS if you don’t call and bug them several times. They never check their answering machine so when my doctor would call my scrips in, they would claim not to have them when in reality no one bothers to check. If you’re considering moving from N Main to Precision Way for the drive thru or because it’s closer, I can ensure you you’re making a big mistake. We’ve transferred back to N Main and never have any issues whatsoever.

I typically use this pharmacy bc it's right here at my job due to convenience. However lately it hasn't been very convenient. It takes forever to get a prescription filled and when they tell you a wait time it's still 2 hours after that. Last week when I was at the doctor's office while I was still there at 11:45 she sent my prescriptions over I couldn't pick up till after 5. Today my prescription was sent over at 3. Here it is 5:30 still no prescriptions.

If you think saving 30 cents off your bill is worth putting up with the low life that somehow got a job at Walmart instead of a legitimate pharmacy, go stand in line for 3 hours and smell the nasty trailer park trash this pharmer will happily help. Meanwhile, if you even look decent, she will slam that double wide harder than you can say hog tied and kicked like a bucket of lard.

The female at the drive thru has the worse attitude. Like if you dont like your job go somewhere else because I dont have time for your ridiculous behavior

First I called the pharmacy to see how much my 4 prescriptions would cost. The lady that answered the phone asked my name but not my date of birth. She placed me on hold and after coming back to the phone told me my total would be $58.14. I said to her, is that price after my insurance pays and she said yes. I hung up the phone and thought about it for a minute and decided to call back. My second call, I got a different lady who when asked why my prescriptions were so expensive placed me on hold to check on it and when she came back she stated that the person who entered the information into the computer selected a discount card rather than my insurance card which caused it to calculate the costs incorrectly. She then stated that my out of pocket cost would only be $17.88 which was much more affordable. After driving to the pharmacy and waiting in line at the drive-thru for 10 mins., it was finally my turn. Upon pulling up to the window, I was greeted by a young lady who didn't say good afternoon, hello, or may I help you but rather, "yeah" like I was bothering her. I told her my name and date of birth and she got my prescriptions, took my money, and then finally remembered her manners and said have a nice day.
