1pm pick up time on Saturday. It's now 3:30 and our order is still delayed. Not how we want to spend our weekend. No answer on when it will be ready... Completely wasted our Saturday waiting on this order... EDIT: Our 1pm order is finally ready for pickup at 6pm. Just an all around horrible experience that consumed mine and my wife's entire Saturday. We called numerous times, spoke with managers and couldn't get an answer, finally we received a confirmation email that our order was ready for pickup. I had our dinner plans as part of this order which are now ruined. Last time giving Walmart a chance. It's been 3 weeks in a row with late pickup times and missing items. Really pathetic....

I’m not sure if it’s just me or not but it’s been my personal experience that the way Walmart has been running their business these days has been going down for quite some time now. I had recently forgot some items that I had to sell check out because no how shall I say “real people “ lanes were open. I had over $335.00 in groceries and I have a disability that makes it extremely difficult for me. So unfortunately I had to drive 20 minutes one way back to get my items. I know you must be asking yourself is there not a closer one? Well the answer is yes. But, they have decided to no longer carry many of the items that I have become accustomed to enjoying and phased out only to replace it with their own personal products. I looked for peanut butter and couldn’t find Jif anywhere on the shelves. That’s right my friends it’s gone. The only kind I like that has a lesser amount of sugar in it. Sorry got lost for a second, when I went to retrieve my strawberries that I had forgot I was faced with the dilemma of picking from the best out of the the worst that was there. I ended up acting paying more because the larger package I originally bought had so much mold and decay that I couldn’t possibly choose between that or something that wasn’t even ripe at all. Walmart advertises how fresh their products are. Well I don’t agree. ALWAYS WATCH THE DATES!!! I have seen so many expired items. Dented can’s of vegetables etc. when I was young there was a special store to purchase dented items at a lower cost. That’s where we had to buy our food because it was cheaper, and not the norm. No one is ever around to help you. I’ve had to climb up counters to reach product’s or wait until another patron walks up to ask for help. Then walk around the corner to literally see 5 workers congregated together just talking. UNBELIEVABLE. WELL, just like K-Mart , Walmarts time is coming to an end. Another company will come along and wipe the rug from under their feet. The prices keep getting higher while we are doing the work of checking ourselves out. WHERE’S our pay for that? Or at least some kind of discount? Especially if we’re doing the work!! See you Walmart. Your employees entitled attitude stinks especially when you try to get help that never comes and they continue to page or you call and you are put on eternal hold then they just hang up on you. My advice, go back to the basics of good customer service. Am I right? You’re darn SKIPPY I am.They do have plenty of handicapped parking and handicapped buggies are there if you need them. Also buggies for children to give a ride with a view and keep them entertained.

They consistently have provided terrible (unapologetically so) service with my grocery delivery. The manager apparently is in charge of assigning drivers. The manager decided to just not and I’be been without groceries and home bound despite monthly fees for the delivery service. It is so disappointing, they were wonderful up until a few months ago. I’ve cancelled and gone with another grocery delivery service - that delivers. This particular store in recent months disorganized, chaotic, and comprised of rude staff.

this store needs to change its hours to say "open whenever we want til closing " as they rarely if ever open at 6 am like their doors say.door was still closed this morning @ 615 after at least 5/6 associates had walked by. one had the audacity to say when asked what time they opened she said 6 when it was already 6:05.ill probably just start giving all my business else where as this is ridiculous.i understand this happening from time to time but its an almost every day thing with this store
