i don’t know who made my drink this morning but she was so rude. i frequent this location a lot since i shop at harris teeter almost weekly for groceries and if i see her at the counter i won’t even go near it. i went home and threw away my coffee too since it was absolutely disgusting and tasted burnt

Bad coffee ever, super hot, ask for late instead just hot espresso with super hot milk ....they should learn how to make right way then sell it

Starbucks is always a treat and I do like to try seasonal beverages. The lattes are my favorite and sometimes I get a little treat to go with them. The food is fresh and I do like to customize my order which they usually get just right.

Great experience at this location. The staff was super nice. The barista joked with my kids and gave them stickers. My coffee was delicious. Perfect pick me up!

So happy I found this location!I visit Starbucks each day and unfortunately the staff at many locations are getting worse and worse with making my drinks correctly.The baristas here are great and Zoe and Grayson already know my order when I walk in the door.My drinks are made perfect each day and they are super friendly!

I really like this location, I always have a good experience but the management must teach the employees to greet the customer with at least saying Hi or buy! The staff name Journey was so unprofessional by being rude. Hope to see better staffs with better training because this is the location that I usually stop by for my coffee. Hopefully I don’t have to change it.

Came here this morning and the older guy was acting like he didn’t want to give me any type of service. Usually when I come I get the younger guy who has pretty good or average customer service but the older guy does not know how to deal with customers or with what I’ve seen only certain types of customers. He is always here so I think I’ll just go one street light over to the other Starbucks from now on

Usually Starbucks have great internet. Because this one is attached to a Harris Teeter it does not. I had to hotspot my phone. It was also quite cold. Don't get me wrong, the service was good and two staffers friendly. Just annoyed at the terrible internet and temperature.

I stop by this starbucks once a while when I arrived charlotte for business. I don't think I ever met somebody who does not want to announced coffee. I am not familiar with coffee, or latte name, and I don't think that is problem for listen or ask to him which is which. Isn't it his job to SERVE coffee?! I love to have some fresh coffee but. this is worst childish serviceman ship.
