I have been going to Minas for years, even before she opened her shop and I have never gone to anyone else since. She makes sure my brows stay thick and shaped, other places would always thin them out. If you ask her to do your brows a certain way, she will! Staff is kind and they work diligently as well on busy days. I always recommend her to my friends who move to Raleigh.

All the staffs except Mina is pathetic, they do not know how to talk . They lack professionalism and have no mannerism. They will put blame on u for their mistakes . Services: Body waxing, Eyebrow threading

The service is affordable and brows are threaded and tinted right. There is also minimal discomfort. What had me concerned was the lack of cleaning hands through washing or sanitizing between customers. I had a breakout a few days after service on my forehead and brow area. The service is amazing but please clean your hands between customers.

I went in a whim without an appt and had a great experience. I recommend an appt for waxing but was so happy when on a quiet morning got squeezed in. Very sanitary and very skilled here! Service: Body waxing

Recently moved from NY and can't find a welcoming salon. This is my 2nd time visiting Mina's. The 1st time I told them not to do my brown thin....I ended up with thin brown and all the corner of My inner brows taken off!. I let them grow out and went another salon but they were busy and said they aren't taking brows right now. I went back to Mina's 1. When I enter NONE of the workers said hi or asked what I wanted. 2. When it was my turn she literally spent less than 2 Minutes on my brows! Every body else that went before me they spent atleast 5 mins or more on them. Even another lady that went to another worker who started her brows before me was still sitting in her chair when I was leaving. They are only nice to their people and whites I guess. They acknowledged every other person who came in except for me. I will not be going back and also she still took off the corner of my brows when I told her not to!

Today I came into Minas salon and I came in to get my eyebrows done. I came in when the owner and two other workers were there. I have been a valued customer since she first opened her shop. I do not recommend coming here because I came here 3 weeks ago to get my regular serviced eyebrows done and a lady of another race asked to use the rest room and was gladly able to. I asked today if I could and was told the bathroom was not open to customers. I normally would not rite a review but I am very upset that this happened and do not recommend coming here if people can’t be serviced properly. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN.

Mina was the sweetest lady ever. She explained the benefits of threading to me. I was very nervous to get threaded but she completed my eyebrow threading in under 3 minutes for both eyebrows! It was so fast and not painful at all. She did my eyebrow tints and matched it perfectly with my hair color. I am so happy with my services from Mina. The salon itself was very clean. I even watched Mina sanitize all surfaces several times. I highly recommend this salon! Service: Body waxing
