Great service from begining to end. Shout out to Emma!!! Wonderful personality, she is awesome!!! My mom was having a surgical procedure, never done waxing before and she was the sweetest during the whole thing!!! I was thankful she made things easier for my mom ..❤️❤️❤️

Amoke is the best waxer in the triangle!! I've been getting waxed for the past 13 years, different states, different cities, and never had a regular waxer because generally it felt like a very hit or miss experience. Then 3 years ago I found Amoke and I've been seeing her ever since. She has never once burned me, she mitigates the pain levels with her experience and technique, and she's quick! Not to mention she makes you feel very comfortable during the wax. If it's your first wax or your 400th def go give her a try! I had gotten off my routine and tried to take a shortcut by going to my local location in durham just to fill in the gap before I could go see Amoke again (yes, I drive from durham to see her in Morrisville, she's that good) and sure enough I got burned. I learned my lesson and will never make that mistake again! Service: Brazilian waxing

I have been going to this location for the past 4 years and love it. Felicia is the best for Brazilian, I couldn’t recommend her enough-I only ever go to her. She is great for people who are going for their first time-very kind and gets the job done painlessly. I no longer live in the area and have other EWCs closer to me but I still drive back to this location just because of her!!

Update review 06/22/21 Shannon, the store manager reached out to me to make things right! I love the fact that the customer experience and satisfaction is truly their top priority! Thank you! Will certainly give them another chance! Original review posted 06/20/21 Customer service was really great, however, the lady who waxed my eyebrows did a very poor job! Thinned out my eyebrows waaaay too much, and waxed them unevenly! Additionally, dropped wax on my hair! Trying to remove wax from my hair was a pain! Perhaps, starting the waxing session with a quick consultation would be helpful, especially with first time guests! Maybe questions like.. 'Would you like to have your eyebrows thinned out, reshaped or cleaned up?' Would be helpful!

Loved my wax lady, and receptionist are overall very professional and nice as well. I was irritated that my 11:45 appointment got changed to 12 without any kind of notice to me. Instead of letting me know as I’m waiting in the waiting room of this change, they just changed it. Luckily I was in no rush so i could wait and it’s not a big deal. I just feel like the receptionist should’ve informed me on this rather than making it seem like I set my appointment at 12.

I’ve been going to this European Wax location since I moved to the area in October, so I’m overdue for a review. I used to see Naysha (not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly!), and she was so sweet. She recently left due to personal reasons, and I had my first appointment with Amanda Marie yesterday. And WOW - the amazing care and expertise continues! She was super knowledgeable - she actually managed a European Wax out in Cali before moving to NC - and extremely professional. Answered all my questions and concerns, as I tend to get somewhat protective when it comes to having my eyebrows waxed by someone new. But she eased all my fears and did a phenomenal job. I’ve already booked my next appointment with her! The location is clean, and the front desk staff is on top of things. They also provide packages of services that come with a discount, which works for me because I come here every month for the same services. 10/10 would recommend.
