I have only been to this pharmacy a couple of times but both times I really enjoyed speaking with the pharmacist and techs that were there. You never realize how much pharmacy professionals (sorry I don’t know all the official titles) do ! I think they should do an awareness day lol. This Walmart has great pharmacy and very friendly staff. (This is coming from someone who used to be bribed to go to Walmart like actually paid off in presents)

They make you wait for atleast 30 mins

Multiple times they make me wait hrs and today also they made me wait for 30min and after that they said they have a problem with computer and they don't know when will they can be able to give my medicine. Worst PR and interactions with people, and not going anymore. If possible I would like to give negative rating.

Multiple times have gone to the pharmacy and they don’t have my medication and claim they never received the prescription. Each time I double checked with my doctor. Changing pharmacies now!

This is a large, clean and friendly Wal-Mart. Large grocery section and deli. The s store is relatively new and convenient if you work in RTP.

In the "good old days" we had neighborhood pharmacies where the pharmacist knew our family and provided the extra care that busy physicians didn't have the time to provide. I found that same spirit at the Shiloh Glenn Drive Walmart Pharmacy. When I moved from Greensboro last year, a pharmacy closer to my new home couldn't manage to transfer my prescriptions correctly. The wonderful folks at this Walmart had it straightened out in ten minutes. They have spent extra time researching a special order request and always have time for me when I call in with a question. They are wonderful, caring, personable people and I'm so glad that I found them.
