This experience was great! The lady at the stuffer was super patient and treated each child as an individual. Her skills were amazing!

The staff had four employees standing and doing nothing while one filled the bears. It took forever, because of the long line. Would have left long before but it was my daughters birthday and she was excited about the bear.

My kids love it, but it gets expensive really fast. We went this past weekend and had to wait about 20 minutes outside the store before they would let us in because they were limiting how many customers they allowed in at one time.

I have taken my daughter to build-a-bear every year for her birthday, and this is the first bad experience I've ever had. Upon entering the store, I asked a store associate, Brigid, if they price matched the Halloween stitch bundle on the website. She took a deep breath and said everything in the store was full price. I chose to ignore this and continue with one of my favorite birthday traditions. Then,while we were picking out sounds to go in the bear, she.xomes overand proudly states that we.cannot use the sound we ohave chosen because it MAY BE copyrighted. She cannot produce this in writing and proceeds to laugh when my daughter begins crying as she walks away. This is quite possibly the WORST build-a-bear experience I have ever had and quite frankly, this associate needs to be retrained in her customer service skills or fired altogether. Judging by the other reviews left, this is the standard here and has continuously been left unaddressed. Take your business elsewhere if you're looking to have a pleasant experience with your kid.

Making people wait due to limiting the amount of people in a store is RIDICULOUS - I could understand at the beginning of covid when we didn’t know better but at this point it’s just silly. Two extremely disappointed kids because we weren’t waiting in an hour+ line just to give you our money for some over priced bears.

Better go in the morning or on a weekday. Long line with my impatient daughter makes me want to pull my hair out but my daughter loves it so I'll be back. On the definite upside, employees are super nice and always sweet with the kids.

The Workshop's staff are wonderful to work with. However, the website is so poorly constructed that it is basically impossible for a grown up to navigate to and budget on a mobile platform without being redirected to the kids' play site by pop up. Please fix this! The wonderful staff deserve so much better, and they are 100% losing business because of how irritating it is to try and find basic answers about prices. I don't go where I can't see prices first.

My 3yr old and I had our first experience here. As soon as we walked in, we were approached by friendly staff who thoroughly explained the process so I wasn't lost. Bridgett (staff member) was so sweet and involved my son in every aspect of building his first friend. We had a great time and will definitely return.
