I wouldn't recommend going here. They charge way too much money to switch over to their company. They definitely charge way too much money for cheap cell phones, cell phone cases, and screen protectors.

So her name is Regina my experience at the Cricket store on Capital Boulevard with Regina and Estrella they were the best two Representatives I've ever worked with and I'm very pleased I will give them over it or 10 * for their time and patience with me and that help with Abundance of Joy because I didn't have any problems and they make sure everything was okay and everything went well before I left and I will write them over a $10 the best customer service Representatives I have ever met. They are honestly some of sweetest people I have met. I called so many times because I was desperate for a phone because it was messing up. Each time I called they were able to assist me and listened to me go on and on. Went there earlier with a friend and they treated me with such respect. We laughed and joked and it was like being with old friends. 10/10 I would recommend to friends and family

Went into the location to purchase an iPhone Xs an the staff was very helpful. A young guy named Luis assisted me and was honest about the service an all. I felt happy upon transaction completion. The sales rep was smart and knew the "art of the Deal" ask for Luis if you go in! he is the best rep!

I went in to upgrade my phone. The salesman Ozzy was a dream to work with and made me a sweet deal on the accessories I purchased. I have spent years being a Cricket/AT&T customer and this has become my new favorite store. It's location is not convenient for me, but I would go to the ends of the earth for the " Ozzy Experience". 😚 Worst experience was at the Pleasant Valley store, the manager in training was a real pill and lacked basic customer service skills and does not understand the concept " the art of the deal".
