Taking advantage and lying to customers is not ok. An associate sold me a gaming headset for $39.95 saying it was 50% off for Black Friday sales. The sticker on the box says $39.95 BUT underneath that sticker is another sticker that says $27.95 for the exact same headset, which sells everywhere else for $30.

The store associate was very nice and helpful. They even gave me information on upcoming items and events that may peek my interest and didn't have to. It's my second time going to this store and this visit has been as pleasant as the last.

Store very cramped small space layout store is strange no system displays for used game systems but Xbox one Nintendo switch and PS4 racks that have a strange small layout?? 😬😩😞 But overall it was ok found injustice 2 for Xbox one new for twenty bucks for my friends b day that was awesome store was ok found what I needed it's game stop results will vary indeed.😎

I usually hate going into GameStop but the guy working was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. Preordered some things. Nice place

It was well stocked. The only draw back was the poor clerk was by herself and she had people walk instead of waiting since she was trying to help this one customer that had issues with his gift card or something along those lines. They really needed 2 people in the store.
