Went to t Mobil on new bern avenue with a new I phone I bought through t Mobil 2 hours later and 5 sims cards later they could not get it too activate. There resolve was that the new I phone was defective. Took it too Best Buy the next day they could find nothing wrong with the phone had it activated in 10 minutes. I would not recommend anyone go to this location in fact run as fast as you can from it my suggestion is go too Best Buy especially if you have a I phone and just so you know I am a long time customer.I gave it one star because I had to not because they deserve a score that high

My phone was having trouble charging for the last couple of weeks, yesterday night it finally wasn’t charging and the cord kept coming out the charger port. Went to T-Mobile today and asked them what I could do, as I was talking to an employee someone else came in and ask what was going on, she took a look at my charger port and figured it was dirty. She cleaned it out and now phone is charging like new, easy as it gets

I visited the Town Center location today in Raleigh, NC on New Bern Avenue. As soon as I entered the store, I am happy to say ~ I was greeting with a smile by Keosha! She immediately assisted me although the store was filled with customers. When she could not figure out my issue she asked for assistance. Her coworker Ty attempted then turned it over to Javon. They did not leave me nor give up. Before leaving, I said to the manager that it was important to boast about the way they worked together to make sure that I was taken care of and that their collaboration resolved my issue!!! This store is AMAZING! From the customer service to the presence of the staff &the leadership of the Management (Jissely) made my visit great. I was experiencing problems with my phones due to a change of account, had called customer service several times and my issue wasnt resolved, in my frustration I decided to go in person and the way the manager handled my situation was amazing, extremely professional and very understanding. Recommend 100% ask for Jissely.

I am so glad I decided to get help setting up my new phone and transferring my daughter’s phone. I didn’t have to wait at all- I got help from four of the friendliest phone customer service people I have probably ever met. The whole experience was easy and enjoyable. Xavier, Ranesha, Selia and the store manager Jissely answered all of my questions and I walked out having completed my task. I highly recommend going to this store for help with anything phone related!

I Had a great experience with Xavier, he was very professional, and Patient and great personality took good care of me .I am Very Pleased with my service .and the Overall experience at the store was Good and professional.
