Just went through the drive through and the cheese on the burger looked like the staff tore it up and tossed it on the burger. They forgot to give us our slushes so we waited in the drive through and could see them standing there with our slushes and refusing to open the window. So finally we honked, she opened the window and we told her we had 2 slushes. She just says ya, hands them through the window and shuts it before we can say thank you.

Omg, so tasty! 100% satisfied. I ordered the bacon King. And every single time it's always burnt hard and cold. but for the 1st time ever, Burger King finally did it right. 1st time at this location. Best tasting Bacon King I have ever tasted. Best looking one too. Hot soft and fresh. And the cheese was so melted it looked like melted Velveeta cheese. That's a good thing. So tasty. Nuggets are tasty too. Scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best. The burger is a 15. My goodness. Never had this from Burger King. Thanks for being so kind and caring to the customers.

I had a coupon for a double cheeseburger meal. The gave me a single cheeseburger and tried to pass it off as a double. When I went back through the drive through, they gave me two double cheeseburgers for the inconvenience, but put everything on them. I asked for cheese only. When I went back through the drive through, they apologized, and gave me one burger. I said you gave me two for the inconvenience of me having to come through here a second time, this my 3rd time, why would u just give me 1. She said oh, u wanted the two? I said yes. She then went inside and gave me an uncooked burger with cold cheese. I told them this burger isn't cooked. They said we didn't have any more small burgers so we cut the edges off a whopper. I said, you know what, just gimme my money back. Do u have your receipt? She has the receipt, I gave it to her. We'll do you have the card you paid with? Nope, I PAID CASH!!!! FOH.

Best buger king I ever been to. The staff are amazing my meal was hot and best of all it was CLEAN in the kitchen. Even the restroom was clean. I wish I knew the managers name cause that burger King was running so smoothly. He deserves a bonus.

Just ordered online and came to pick up my order. Waited a few minutes no one came to the intercom, then my son got off and the girl pointed to go to the drive through. Still no one came, I called on the phone and told them I’ve been waiting almost 10 minutes. She said we’re closed till 4. Could they at least tell their customers or put a sign up? I’m never going their again! What horrible customer service!

I am a food delivery driver. This is the second time I got order from this store. Usually, I decline orders from there. I do not know if they are enough staff, but the orders are always late. And they send delivery drivers to the second window and, they prepare the orders other people on the line. I just waited 45 minutes for only 1 order. We are not working hourly rate, so if the restaurant late, they still our time, they waste our time and money. I will never accept order from this location again.

Buddha the manager has been awesome! This is also the cleanest burger king I've seen. The menu is clear with prices visible and fresh food. We ordered impossible burgers, chicken nugget meal, and a kids meal. When we pulled up to the front window the cashier only had 2 burgers. They did make a mistake and we reordered at the pay window. Double checked everything was correct when we received our order and it was. Food was hot and tasty. Drinks had carbonation and filled to the top. I did notice an extra 0.10 charge for dr.pepper soda. Other than that our 4 combos, kids meal, and 10 piece nuggets were scrumptious and got deals with the burger king app. Definitely coming back to this location!

2/27/22- Around 1820, I did a drive thru order unsuccessfully because I wanted to use my electronic gift card. The cashier did not know how to do it so she called her manager, male in his 40s?,. He told me that he would only accept card or cash. I told him that he can just type in the numbers of my gift card. The manager was not helpful when I asked how I can use my e gift card. So, I went to the BK in Potranco and was successful in using my gift card. The cashier just hit something and type the numbers. At 2130, I stopped by on this Burger King (8766 SH I51) to tell them that I successfully used my gift card at Potranco location near 1604. I was talking with the same manager and the cashier. The manager was very rude to me. He told me that they have a different check out system and only accept cash and card then closes the door. Electronic gift card is very common nowadays. I just thought that they might need training to do their job. Somehow, it’s hard for me to believe what he said after seeing his behavior.

I want to give a shout out to the 151 potranco burger king location. I've been coming here since it opened and hated it when it would close at 8 and had to go to whataburger and wait 35 minutes before I even got to the drive through. Anyway i have always had perfect service through the drive through, and the Food is always on point. I want to tell Julien the drive through attendant, thank you for your service and your promptness and awesome smile..... fast food is not easy but you make it look like ease... five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to you and your business.... until next time...
