Poor handling of online orders, lack of customer service, sarcasm, and staff not properly trained in taking online orders. I placed an order online, went to the Wendy's to pick up my order and the cashier couldn't find my order. Said there was no order. My boyfriend calls me so that I can speak to the cashier on my order and he says there was no order when I clearly have the receipt. The cashier didn't know his store number and informs me that he's only been working for a month and a half, which has nothing to do with the order. I ask for a manager and she comes on the phone and I explain to her the issue with the order and get employees response. Instead of getting the order ready she wants to argue about her staff and how she is under staffed and how they haven't been working with the company long. Some thing irrevelent to the issue. She says she wants to know what's the order, I give it to her and ask for her district managers number and she cancels the order. This was the managers way of handling mistakes they make? Well.. she needs to learn management skills.

Went today around 230pm. They were short staffed only manager and one employee. They were still very professional and courteous. They both were in a good mood (very very rare to see being that they were so short staffed) and I could tell there were making the best out of a bad situation.. They made our kids meals quick, everything was fresh. No complaints. Wish i would have ask for his name, Hispanic gentleman late 30's.

Our order took like 20ish minutes to get. Fries were drowned in salt and they didn’t even put a patty in my burger…. How do you forget that. Plus the drive through lady was not having a good day and was rude to us

This is what I received in my fry box. Unfortunately I stopped after work on my way home so I didn’t check my bag until I got home & this is what I had to eat with my burger & no they (fries) were not thrown in the bag this is literally what I got along w/ my burger & drink. Thank you Wendy’s. 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

Just went to try biscuit breakfast sandwich. Bought one of each. Excellent biscuits. Both had egg, cheese done properly. One contained above average sausage patty. Other had bacon. One would make a meal. Delicious. Wendy's was running a special through 24th so each was $1. Hard to beat. Previous visit also take out kid's meals.Highly recommend.

The staff seemed pretty discombobulated. I made my order at the drive-thru and they had me pay, get my drink, and pull up. The nice young man then almost brought me a burger with bacon (I don't eat pork). Then he took it back and the kitchen took almost five minutes to bring me the right one. To top it all off, my nuggets had barbecue sauce when I ordered ranch. Also, why is the dining room still closed?

Chicken tasted like it was reheated from the day before, asked for no sauce on the breakfast baconator. It had sauce. Spent almost $50 waited almost 20 minutes and wasn't allowed to use the restroom.

This Wendy’s soda machine is always empty. I’ve been here a couple times over the last few months and it’s consistently the same. I’ve never seen all the drink options available and the machine is always leaking. Also fries today were just too mushy. I keep trying to give it a chance but they keep underperforming

Literally got raw chicken. Ate half of it and didn’t notice because I was driving. I have the pictures. Nobody answered the phone when I called and Wendy’s corporate is conveniently closed. These people are incompetent and disgusting. Avoid at all costs. I mean never, ever go there.
