Holy cow this place was busy for a lunch rush, but the employees were literally on top of it and thriving. We had 3 people make sure our order was taken and our food came out in 5 minutes. The knock down to 4 stars was because of the cleanliness, they definitely should have a couple dedicated team members to make sure the floors don’t have food but overall was a very easy service even with the amount of people inside the store at once.

Who says you can't have Chick-fil-A on Sunday? My daughter chose Chick-fil-A as her party theme for her 3rd birthday. The only problem is we had to have her party on a Sunday. Thank you Chick-fil-A Leon Springs for the wonderful re-heating instructions. I was able to pick up all the food Saturday to have for Sunday and it was just as delicious!!!! Also a HUGE shout out to y'all for giving my sweet girl the big stuffed Chick-fil-A cow with a pink tutu. I mean how many people can say they have one of those, she LOVED it soooo much. We eat here every week and this was our first catering experience and it was absolutely top notch service!!!!!

Was so excited this location came since we live in south Boerne and this cuts the drive in half for our weekly Chick-fil-A fix. But after giving this location at least a dozen tries, we are sadly not fans and would rather go out of the way to the Rim location. This location takes forever compared to any other location I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot! Also I regularly upgrade my fries to a large and they have never ever filled them all the way. As you can see in these pictures, this is what they deem acceptable. I even caught it tonight and asked that they please fill my fries all the way and this is what my “new fries” looked like that I was given. Very clear they train their employees to not fill fries to cut on cost as you can see with other reviews. Their grilled chicken also isn’t as tasty as other locations. Tastes as if it’s not fresh. We also were excited to try delivery since we now could have that option. But besides the delivery fees and tipping, they add several dollars to the cost of the meals. Seems very unethical.

Best Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to in my life. They have a dine in, like a real restaurant. It was phenomenal. So clean. Excellent service. Food was so fresh. It was amazing. I can’t wait to come back!

This was my first time at this Chick-fil-A. The line was actually short! The girl who took my order was very pleasant. I quickly got up to the window and picked up my order. The lady working the window was very nice. I drove off and stopped to make sure they had everything when I noticed they forgot my cookie! I needed my cookie! I drove back around parked and walked in ad explained what happened. The guy working inside was very friendly. He apologized 2 or 3 times and handed me a cookie. I had ordered the grilled chicken nuggets thinking my cat would eat them. I was really impressed by how good they tasted. They have really improved since first coming out. Food was delicious as always!

We love the Leon Springs Chick-fil-A! Their staff is friendly, professional and they really seem to be happy with their job. The food is always great and the orders are correct. One time there was an item left off on a delivery and it was remedied within 10 minutes and we were given a free item for the next visit. Their customer rewards and perks, awesome staff and food keep us coming back and feeling valued as customers. This is how a franchise should be run.

This is a new location and navigation in their parking lot is horrible but that is not as important to me as service. When you purchase food from chick fil a you expect some quality. On several occasions my large fries are half full. I dumped my daughter's medium next to mine and hers actually had more. My sandwich bread was soaked due to the lettuce being too wet. Not impressed with this new location.

This is about my third time at this chick fil a. Now I posted a 5 star review that I had no issues, however that’s all I am having now. They have messed up my order three times now and have given me wrong food. I don’t bother to check my bags because it’s chick fil a, but I guess I need to now

We ordered a 30 piece and a 12 piece. A lot of the nuggets weren’t edible. There were gray/purple/red chunks under the breading. I could understand a few being that way but this was crazy. It made me and my fiancé just so turned off to eating anymore. I didn’t ask my kids but I hope they didn’t eat any of the gross ones. Please use better parts of the chicken and throw out the nasty parts. You can see when the chicken is like that before breading and cooking it. I’ve never gotten so many bad nuggets from any other Chick-fil-A. :( No one wants to pay good money for chicken like this.

Absolutely phenomenal service! My daughters father is deaf he went to get her nuggets Normally people treat him and all deaf people terribly But he said they were so kind! A girl there even knew a little ASL Food was hot and fresh and the lemonade was perfect!
