Ordered a double cheeseburger with asiago cheese, lettuce, pickles with baconator fries tonight and instead I got 4 pattie’s with 4 slices of american cheese and a tray of fries with just american cheese on them. Nothing else. Absolutely rushed and not to mention how dry the burger was.

What happened to their new fresh fries! This is just ridiculous. This shows how much pride they take into their job. These fries are so dam old and I literally live 2 mins from there and the fries are luke warm.

On 6/14/22 at about 1:00pm, my family went to the Wendy’s 11313 at 10738 Potranco Rd, San Antonio, TX 78251. There was no receipt given, but I do have the bank transaction record for the amount of $28.10. Here’s what happened: The order: 2 Dave's Triple burgers 2 Large Fries 2 Large Sprites (one without ice) Ordering the food was smooth, but after paying the $28.10 via card at the first window, no receipt was given. Pulling up to the second window, not a word was said. No thank you, no confirming the order, nothing. Just two bags handed over, then the drinks, and their drive-thru window closed. Imagine the rudeness there, along with no receipt given here either. But, with food in hand, we confirmed the items were there, and go home to eat. However, one drink didn’t have the lid closed fully, so I got a good “cooling off” on the drive home. At home, we quickly realized the drinks were not Sprite. They tasted like Sierra Mist, or some knockoff, and both had ice; unlike what was ordered. Wendy’s prides itself in advertising hot and crispy fried guaranteed. It’s even on their packaging. All of the fries were cold and soft. Then the burgers. The menu has them pictured as large, full, and fresh. The burgers were flat with the puniest of ingredients. Thin beef, small cheese slivers, and a quick dab of toppings. Nothing fulfilling. The burger was overall tasteless, and the mayonnaise was most of the flavor. Calling to complain, the phone repeatedly rang and rang. I called a second Wendy’s, and their manager picked up by the second ring. Back to calling this location, and only received ringing. Please look at the other negative reviews of this place and take heed. I could run a better restaurant. I am trying to get a refund for this meal. A complaint has been filed with the BBB for this location.

20 minutes without our food. They called the wrong order name and gave our food to someone else. Finally got our food almost half an hour later.... At least it was correct when finally received it. Won't be dining in here again. Drive through has always been fine though.

Horrible staff that don't even know what are the ingredients of their own burgers. Shame on them for taking more than 30mins to take only 2 orders. Ridiculous place, I have given them so many chances to do their job well but they are uncapable. Sorry but here is your bad review!

Fries were cold, grilled chicken sandwich was cold, very little sauce on it, dry, bun was over done. Out of ice in soda machine, would not refill it for customers. Customers had to have counter person get drinks and ice from behind counter. Place was not busy at this time.

The sweetest staff, very clean dining room, incredibly quick service. That’s five star worthy as it is…but idk how to convey that they actually seem like they care. Plz know you’ve made my day two days in a row…two different employees. Thank you for being you!

It's quick, its fast and their little burgers, I usuall get the single patty are always hot, when I go anyway, and delicious. I love, absolutley love, their fries. McDonald's used to make the best but I've got to say, they can't beat Wendy's fries. I usually get the large order of fries cause my husband has also discovered they are freaking delicious and we love them. And if you want to ensure they are hot and not mind the extra wait, ask them for "Fresh", just fried fries. I've never had a problem with them refusing or giving me just warm fries.

This Wendy has always had RUDE people working there off and on. Lady who places the orders act like she didn’t want to work tonight. Got my order wrong, no ice , so we had hot drinks and of course the lady who took my order was making the drinks and said nothing . The lady who took my money was nice. Also girl who handed me my food was nice. But the lady who took my order tonight need to let someone else do that job , because she has a bad attitude.

Since having returned to the area, the food and staff here lack the quality to justify their prices. The staff are unfamiliar with terms such as "sub," "add," or "remove" when it comes to ordering menu items, and tend to be standoffish when ordering more than one menu item. In an area where there are lines for almost any restaurant, you'll typically find there to be almost no patrons here, and if you visit you will learn why quickly. For clarification, my order for any burger for 10+ years now has been sub ketchup, no tomato, in case anyone may believe me to be particularly picky.
