Store is never stocked. Shelves are empty, boxes sitting everywhere, store is always dirty. Employee had child at work running all over the store, at check out,, very distracting. Very disappointed

Whew. Stopped by on a Monday evening. Store was pretty empty. The employee up front was carrying a very active personal conversation on her phone, including a little foul language. The store looked a mess. Shelves empty. Boxes all through the aisles. Plus you can't get into the parking lot from the adjacent shopping center. Had to cross Ten Ten Road and make a U-turn, cross Ten Ten again then turn right into the shopping center. Too much work for an unpleasant experience.

Excellent location. Usually, very well stocked, clean and multiple pleasant associates attending active check-outs. The price increase to $1.25, store wide, sucks. Now, I can get some of my go-to items, that were $1 Tree staples, cheaper at WalMart.

Not everyone wore mask but many people were social distancing. The cashier was helpful but appear to have needed assistance from her coworker or manager. Nonetheless things moved right along.

This location is always so dirty. The shelves are never stocked. Boxes sitting around and employees wasting time chit-chatting. They are never friendly. Hopefully, with the price increases they can afford to pay their staff better. Maybe they need a regional manager to pop in and check it out.

Well stocked big aisles, Nicole was so helpful and friendly. She even heloed me to my car!!!!! I walked almost the whole store and wiped out my energy and strength.

Love this huge and organized Dollar Tree. Be careful. Better have self-control. They have everything the big box stores have for much cheaper. Easy to get carried away with purchases. My first go to for many items including spices, cleaning supplies, greeting cards and more.

This location, the morning manager I felt was pretty rude. The store opens at 9am. The doors are still locked. Customers are piling at the door but still no one comes to open up. Its now 9:05. 4 people are waiting not including myself. I call the store after a few rings, a lady answers. I asked what time do you open, she says 9am. I told her well the door is still locked and you have customers waiting. She went quiet, held the phone for a few seconds and then disconnected the call. A few seconds later, she opens the door. Does not greet the customers, does not apologize for being late with opening the doors, just unlocks then and turns her happy a** around and goes to the back...

Yes the store is nice and big clean and stocked for the most part. One star isn't for the employees in fact it's for store manager and night manager. Marvena has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever she never smiles or greets anyone. Very rude to customers. I witnessed her yell at a customer all because the customer wanted an empty box to put her purchased glass in. She's always rude And very anti social. I shop here often so I've experienced the night crew as well. Margery the night manager is even worse. Typical racist southerner. I witnessed her deny a customer of color because they paid with cash and claimed she knew the customers money was fake. The poor lady said she had just got the$ back from Harris teeter. Margery refused to sell anything to this poor old lady because of the way 'the bill feels" without even checking it with a pen. The customer left and then soon came back saying Harris teeter put the pen to it and it's not fake. The customer was so upset and so was I to witness someone being accused falsely. On top of that Margery never apologized. She was also rude to the old lady. A previous night I also came to shop I over heard Margery speaking to an employee about how she wants to end her life. This lady needs serious help. I enjoy this new store but they need new professional managers.

Absolutely the cleanest and most well organized Dollar Tree I have ever stepped foot in. As a shopper it is clear that the manager and employees take pride in their store and working for Dollar tree. It was a pleasant shopping experience.
