The cashier was very helpful and assisted me when I was looking for shoes for my little brother.

Got help from Kayla. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for very quickly.

Under New Management!!! When I pulled the site up to place my review I was so confused about bad reviews because we had great service and every single person in the store was so sweet!! You can just ignore all those previous reviews lol. That was old management. We were blown away by Avanni & Markese they were AWESOME!! Best customer service ever. So patient and knowledgeable we ordered 1 pair of Vans and they were sent to our home free and bought a pair of Adidas in the store. Stop by and see the new store team!

One sales associate was EXTREMELY rude to me. I had to tell her my shoe size three times because I wasn't sure. And she went on to talk very rudely to me and slowly and say to me "it isn't a trick question." And then went on a tangent about converse shoe sizes. I simply wanted to try on a pair to buy, and ended up waking out because I should not be talked to in that manner. Absolutely ridiculous! She should not be working here, if only I Got her name. She is white, an older lady and has short hair. If you see her, request a different person!

What a horrific store! The store manager is incredibly rude and unkept. The manager behind the counter as well raised her voice and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. If I could give 0 stars I would. Chip however was incredibly helpful and kind! Unfortuently I couldn't even stand the thought of supporting such a rude store.

I'm not sure if the woman's name, assuming was the manager, but her tone and attitude was horrific. I can't believe she even works in retail. She repeated her question over and over again while raising her voice until I said something, barely even having time to speak. Then when I asked a question she spoke slowly and loudly as if I was deaf. She did that to other customers in the store to the point that people were walking out. I am never supporting this store again until they hire new staff that care about their job. The customer is always right and they should go above and beyond for the customer, not treat them like they don't know anything. Horrible!

The manger at this store was extremely rude and would talk to me in a way as if I didn't speak English, she then began scolding us about shoes and explained that what she was saying wasn't hard to understand I will never be buying shoes from here again they need to hire a manager that shows more respect to there contumers

I recently visited your crabtree valley location with my family, and your "store manager" i belief her name was Michelle was just plain rude!! She had a horrible attitude and was very sarcastic towards my daughter ! I was appalled when i asked who the manager was and found out it was her! IF it weren't for your employee Dennis(young black gentelmen in his early 20's) i would of left the store immediately!! He was very helpful and super sweet not only to me but my daughter and my 14yr old son! I would of given more stars if it was based on just his service:)

Woah, Michelle is the absolute worst store a manager I have ever encountered In a retail setting. She is immature, rude, combative! I went in attempting to get an exchange for shoes I had only owned for 2 months; because my right shoe had developed a small yet notacible hole. I only wore the shoes casually and never for utilitarian purposes. Not to mention I purchased the shoes from her. Very loudly and rudely she said was unable to do anything for me bc the shoes had been worn outside and the return policy states that they only take back unworn items within 30 days. She also told me that Journey's resells returns/damaged merchandise, and that she would be unable to resell the shoe I was attempting to get an exchange for. To prove her point she told me (referring to the jeans I was wearing and a baseball cap) that she would never "purchase/pay" for distressed items. Not sure how that pertained to my situation. Little did she know-that most likely she would not even be able to afford the socks I was wearing this day. Let alone my jeans. Immedeatly I called corporate and reported the situation.

Michelle could be the worst store a manager in the Raleigh area. It amazes me that she could hold this position for as long as she has. This really shows the lack of concern with Journey's PR.
