I ordered 2 deli platters from here. They were prepared on time, the food was fresh, and I believe I got good value for my money. I would recommend this store for their service and the quality of their products.

I love Publix, just not here in Raleigh. I was excited for it to open. The store is clean and I do like the bakery, but the prices here are much higher than Harris Teeter less than 1/2 mile up the street. I don't mean just a difference of coins, some items at this Publix can be $1-$2 more. I have pre-ordered from the deli for sandwiches multiple times (I literally live here so the store is convenient) and they either did not have it made or have made it wrong EVERY single time. And you usually have to check yourself out. I usually find myself going to the Harris Teeter.

Besides Publix just being a consistently good experience no matter where you go, we love the convenience of this location! Also, they have foam recycling!

This location is super convenient within the downtown Raleigh area. Parking is super easy in their covered garage and food quality and selections are excellent! The employees at the deli were friendly and helpful the evening of 08/24/22

Everyone is extremely friendly here. I walk here with my wagon and my toddlers all the time. The bakery always offers my kids a cookie when we pass by, I don't even have to ask. There's a nice sitting area inside at the entrance that we eat snack at. There's also a bus station right outside. Download the Publix app and there's all kinds of weekly deals and you can link your card to it. They always pack my groceries back into my wagon perfectly. Very impressed.

I absolutely love Publix and if you know me I’m their number one fan when it comes to subs at the deli department! I’m not going to elaborate on the situation that occurred last night, but it did have me not ever wanting to return to this Publix. Thankfully my friend was with me and they found a store manager, who went above and beyond to make the situation right. Thank you, I greatly appreciated it!

Store has been opening over 1 year. Definitely a needed presence downtown. Overall a very clean store located in an apartment high-rise. My only complaint is parking can get cramp during busy times but mostly it's workable. Good sandwiches. I don't notice too many special brands of items compared to Teeters perhaps but typically has what you need. Helpful, friendly staff.

I am seeing all of these great reviews, but I don't get that same feeling when I go there. I mean it is a beautiful store and everything seems to be placed very neatly, but when I go there the manager makes me feel as though I'm stealing! He goes in the corner to stare at me. It never fails! Or it's like I see him then he disappears as though I'm coming there for him or something it is so weird! Shockingly for me, management are not friendly at all! The teenage boys seem to be friendly, but the adults on the other hand are unreal! It doesn't hurt to say hello how are you! I'm not sure if they are expecting certain looking type of people to come there and maybe to them I don't have that particular look, but just realize if management can see this which I hope they can, I realize what you are doing and I do recognize it. And for that you have bought the store down.
