I don't like going here... because when I do it means my mustang's or jeeps need something. But the staff is normally good. They don't ask 2 wheel drive or 4 wheel drive when you buy windshield wipers, yes that happened at the "other" parts store next door. As long as they keep the staff I'll keep going. But if they ever lose the customer service they have now, I'll just order online.

when I asked if one of the associates could come out and see if I had a leak they said "we don't do that". I asked if they could look at part for my car they turned their backs. I don't know which is worse, telling me they don't do that or staring at my service dog and talking behind my back.

What I can't get over is why I fell away from this place to begin with. When you compare their house brand pricing to any of the other other stores, AutoZone's pricing typically comes in around half the price. I just wish they carried better filters than STP or fram which I consider junk. They do have other brands but my car is limited on who makes one for it that is premium in my eyes. Great place who wants your business as you can see from the reply.
