Napa was my last ditch effort in finding a part I needed. I went to every parts store in Reidsville first without getting what I needed before going to Napa. From now on Napa will be first stop to fill my parts need. The personnel are respectful, kind, courteous and go above and beyond to meet the needs of customers.

Very pleased! Prices were great, they beat advance auto n auto zone by 20.00 dollars. Brandy was awesome, she was very professional very polite n loaded with knowledge. Definitely recommend this auto store.

I had a simple problem my lawnmower ran on choke only repair place was full of you know what. The Napa people consulted with me I bought an in line gas filter and some carburetor cleaner for $9.00 which kept me from having my carburetor replaced for $75.00 and whatever else that they could get me for. These NAPA folks are wonderful people and I thank them.

Big Shout Out to Jess and Everyone at the Reidsville store. Brought a big trailer full of Firman Generators after 5 pm on the eve of what was supposed to be a really bad ice storm!!! TY so much for getting that done and for All of Your Help! Y’all got all of my business now!! David Darvishian

Every one was ok no service brought 4 small light bulbs and 2 headlights 47.00. Hand me the 4 bulbs no bag drop and broke one one the way and had to ask for a bag. No one care. Just move to Reidsville and was looking for a part store but Napa will not be it
