This has to be the worst pharmacy. It takes days for them to fill a Rx. I had to wait almost an hour for my daughter to get her medicine and it’s bc they entered her insurance wrong and their was code on it and didn’t bother to look until I had to ask what the problem was. It’s so ridiculous at this point.

Thankful for Walgreen's Waynesville. Was very happy with my service this week there. The location I use was closed due to staff issues I was not able to pick up my prescription. They suggested I go to this location instead. I went inside and they were busy, but all staff was being very kind, patient and efficient at counter and busy drive thru. After explaining the situation, they filled it with no problem, within 20 min. I was very pleased and would go back again. The drive- thru does stay busy, but going inside is sometimes more efficient so you can come back in when ready. Also, this is a popular, national chain so it makes sense that during the tourist seasons here they are going to be extremely busy due to the influx of out of town customers. I think they handled it very well. Thanks!

Came in with an appointment for a booster shot and was left waiting in the front of the line while they helped everyone around us without ever talking to us to tell us what was going on. Never even got an apology from anyone for the wait or the lack of communication. Waited here a good hour before getting our shots. Overall, awful experience and wouldn't come back unless absolutely necessary. Doctor who gave our shot though was very nice

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered I’ve been with them for a year and every single time I need a prescription filled it literally takes them like two weeks to actually fill it and when I get there it’s not even ready so then I have to wait an additional 15 minutes on top of the two weeks keep in mind I only take Prozac so it’s nothing rare. Super frustrating. I’d try anywhere except as walgreens

Most interactions with this Walg has been OK. Nothing to write home about. But today was unreal ... the pharmacist is ill (ok, sorry to hear that), but as a result, the pharmacy is closed for the day. No way to get meds. Just closed. No options. Im leaving town tomorrow AM without my meds. Really, they cant find a sub or a pharmacist from another Walg? They cant even dispense prescriptions that have been filled and are sitting in a bag on the shelf?

2nd time in 2 weeks been there to get Covid & flu vaccinations. WAY too busy with not enough people to wait on you!! They need to hire more pharmacists!!!! LONG WAIT! Especially with my 90 yr old mother!!!!!

Went for Covid booster yesterday at this location. The girl giving shots ignored me for 30 minutes and i had an appt. I was also only one waiting. Also was hatefully greeted by J. Gibbs behind pharmacy window when trying to sign in for appt time. Took 45 min after appt time to get shot. There was 2 in front of of me and i got there 10 minuyes ahead of my appt. mef

This Walgreens is the worst one I have ever been in. I have moved all of my prescriptions to another Pharmacy except one that only Walgreens seems to carry in a particular brand, due to the poor service at this store. I had an appointment scheduled at this store at 9:30 for vaccinations, at 10:00 I had still not been vaccinated so I requested my vaccine record card so I could get back to work. I knew I was going to have issues because I always do at this store, but CVS did not have the updated booster vaccine in Waynesville. I'm surprised with so many bad reviews that corporate has done nothing to rectify the problems with this store.

This is the 3rd time I've tried to pick up a prescription here. 6 deep getting vaccines. Pickup window lady only helping the window. Maybe have a prescription only line.

Nasty bathrooms. Seems well stocked. Avoiding staff. Nasty bathrooms. 3 staff members, one bathroom stall with one toilet. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned for a couple days. Toilet sprayed my legs when flushing. I even went to the men’s restroom but it was just as bad. I was going to do some shopping here but went to ingles instead. Was really surprised by this.
