I moved up to the Jefferson area and was using the Walmart neighborhood pharmacy down in Mooresville but I’ve got a tell you the pharmacy here at the main Walmart in West Jefferson is every bit as good and friendly and cooperative

We recently moved to the area. After the 4th visit, having had our doctor call in a prescription, each time the item was not ready or unavailable when we went there. One time they texted to say it was ready but had none at all. Really, four out of four is worse than striking out.

I've always had good service except for occasional lines . I can't hold a wait against them. Having a volume of orders so there is sometimes a line is not their fault.
