Received flowers from my boss for Administrative Professional Day and my boss was expecting a much fuller arrangement to include a nice ribbon around the vase as pictured on their website. When we called asking about the difference between what was delivered and what was pictured on their website we were told we choose the standard arrangement vs the deluxe or premium, really you can't even add a bow? Guess we will not be using this florist again.

My son and I went her for a corsage for the prom. Very nice salesperson (may have been the owner) and we enjoyed working with him. However........I found out later that we were charged more than double ($80) what the average corsage cost ($30-$40) after calling around to other florists after having picked up the corsage and being very unhappy with it. The ribbon that we had so carefully picked out was not used! Instead he used a white ribbon, roses were whithered at the edges and it was very small and looked more bridal than anything else! Did not match her dress at all. Very disappointing. I called and left a message for the owner to call me and of course he did not.

I was extremely pleased with the customer service from Eddie's. When ordering from out of town you never know what will be delivered. There was a small problem that may or may not have been their fault but they very graciously agreed to a "fix" that made both me and the recipient very happy. I so appreciate businesses who appreciate customers and especially these days. I would definitely use Eddie's again and would encourage others to do so. Thank you so much!

My friend in Wilmington was not feeling well and knew flowers would cheer her up. Called Eddie’s and they put together the most beautiful vase of flowers and even added a balloon. Delivery was super fast. The flowers sure made my friend feel better.

I ordered flowers yesterday and no where did it stop my order due to out of town or stop me putting in my credit card info. Only to get a call the next day saying they can't deliver that far away, saying it was 45 minutes. Googlemaps.com shows 29 minutes. I let him know it's only 20 and he said its 45 for us. Then I told him that is not what his website says, I started to ask him to please change it. He hung up on me. Very disappointed.

I just moved to Wilmington and I regularly buy flowers for special occasions or friend's birthdays. I wanted to give my money to a local flower shop and now I regret it. I paid 85 dollars to have flowers sent to my coworker. The picture shown was not what was recieved. It looked as if someone got a 12 dollar flower arrangement from harris teeter and put them in a vase. The colors were similar but the size was way off from images shown. The flowers I got were not even worth 30 dollars and I paid $85. I was very disappointed and wont be trusting this business for flower arrangements again, nor will I recommend them.

I wanted to send flowers to a friend who was going through a really hard time with her husband in ICU. Just something to cheer her up and to let her know we are thinking of her. The arrangement I ordered online was slightly different than what was delivered, but I am thrilled with what she received. It was bright and cheery. Very pretty! Thank you!!!

Purchased flowers for my Father’s funeral. I was very happy with each piece we received. Each time I called to discuss what I wanted, I spoke with Eddie personally. He also included corsages for the pallbearers at no additional charge. I was very pleased with his service from start to finish.

$80. Really!? The breakdown: $65 arrangement, $10 delivery fee, $5.## taxes/fees. The BANG was NOT WORTH the BUCK. During quarantine, my dear neighbor wanted to surprise his wife with flowers for her 69th birthday 🎈and he asked for my help. I offered to purchase flowers from a grocery store, but he really wanted a large and beautiful “delivered” surprise. So, I called Eddies Floral Gallery—1.0 mile from our neighborhood. Eddie was pleasant over the phone, but he kept mentioning flowers were limited and emphasizing he was the only florist open and delivering. We talked about what he did have in stock, and agreed on a nice spring assortment, no red blooms, a clear case, and I thanked him for his efforts to stay open. I was surprised by the total he announced, but imagined it would be amazing! I DID NOT realize he was going to DOUBLE $$ the COSTA for a very standard arrangement. Even his website displays beautiful PREMIUM arrangements for prices as low as $59.99. So, why did my neighbor pay $80.$$ for the VERY STANDARD bouquet in a glass vase with basic spring flowers and zero ribbon!? NEVER USING AGAIN.

Came in for a last minute corsage for the grandmother of the bride. Eddie talked me out of it and suggested a small bouquet of roses instead which really made more sense once I thought about it. Told him that the theme was sunflowers (yellow) and purple and he said "oh no problem" and produced a wonderful arrangement in about 10 minutes. Maybe 8 minutes. Eddie you're a beast!
