Friendly environment, the staff is really knowledgeable, one gentleman in particular really knew his stuff and provided me with a bunch of information his name was Kyle he's really nice he's really friendly and he definitely deserves a raise!!!

If I could give -10 stars I would very poor customer service by Shane and rude comments and this location was my go to place right after work. Autozone and Napa is now my go to place.

I bought a grease gun from Oreillys 3-4 weeks ago to use at the lake to grease the bearing buddies on my boat. It was defective. The threads on the cartridge part and the treads on the handle part didn’t match. I couldn’t tighten them together. I returned it and the kid rudely told me to find another in the store like it. I found it thinking it would be a straight up exchange. He then told me unless I had the receipt he wouldn’t exchange it. I didn’t have the receipt but it was obvious to even him that it was from their store. He then asked if I wanted to purchase another model. Are you kidding? I told him to throw it away and that I would purchase from someplace else. I’ve purchased numerous batteries and other auto/pickup parts from them over the years. Never again.

I stopped there about 8 pm on a Wed evening for some transmission fluid. When I walked in there were two guys at there computers, neither one said anything to me. I asked where I would find trans fluid and without even looking up the first guy just says “aisle”... it took me a minute to actual locate aisle 6 & then the second guy pointed for me. I did not know what I needed so I spent about 5 minutes looking & finally grabbed a couple different kinds & brought them to the counter.. I asked the guy if they were right & he checked his computer & said neither were right & finally helped me find what I needed

the clerk was some fluffy haired ginger that was rude and lazy! when i asked him to look up a color of paint all he said was if its not on the shelf it aint here... and then when i said ok thank you he didnt say a word... customer service is a must!
