Very unwelcoming in the salon, I felt like a bother and my 15 year old sat in silence the whole cut. Another stylist complained the entire time about how many kids haircuts she has to do and that it is not worth it when other people are on a waiting list (thank god I was paying for a woman’s cut and not a kids). Very unprofessional to talk about other clients in front of a new one who will not be returning. I debated on whether or not to even write this review but I hope it saves someone from booking a kids cut. Very uncomfortable.

I went to this store at 2:00pm on 7/31 to pick up a door dash order for a customer. The lady that works at the pick up spot was hesitant to give me the customer’s bag and told her coworker:”How would we know that he’s going to deliver it?” Again, I told her I work for DoorDash and showed her the order on my phone along with the customer’s name. She ignored what I said and asked me for my identification and I showed it to her even though I didn’t have to. After I dropped off the bag, I contacted DoorDash and told them what happened. DoorDash told me this sounded racist and filed a report of the incident. I will definitely not go back to that store.

Staff in Old Bridge New Jersey was helpful and pleasant. However, I was not able to purchase the Mac lipliner because they don't sell Mac product!

I did my appointment almost 2 or 3 weeks ago for blowout. My event is today, they just called me now and told me they had to cancel my appointment. What is the point of doing appointment then? The lady told me she is the manager at this store ( i wonder how?) RUDE and very unprofessional. It's Saturday, may 21st 9.00am.

Came here for a haircut. Beth was amazing..very professional and best of all my haircut was great. About my 3rd visit, I got highlights. This was after I died my hair RED (at home). Anyway I love the end results. Thank You Beth!!

I tried to call and get my hair colored and the person on the phone was absolutely rude and said that they had no availability but their website said that they had all opening appointments and that they aren’t busy it’s very misleading and the woman actually laughed when I was trying to bring this to her attention. Don’t waste your time

Brie at the Ulta salon is amazing. I drive an hour to have her do my hair and I am never disappointed. She is extremely talented, kind, attentive, and really works hard to make sure all her customers are happy and leave looking their best. I know how important it is to care for your hair and Brie makes sure your hairs integrity is also a priority. If you are looking for a new stylist, I highly recommend booking with Brie.

Love shopping here for high end and Ulta brand beauty items. Staff is helpful and polite. Ultamate points awarded for purchases in stores and online add up quickly along with coupons sent to my email make shopping at Ulta a great value.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is clean and we'll organized. Very helpful and knowledgeable. My reason for 4 stars is they never have free gift with item you purchase or samples to give. You spend $200.00 and then no gift with purchase or substitute. Very frustrating.
