25 Stars for Quality Auto Body. READ THIS The truest test of a business is when something goes wrong. There are likely several good places to get body work done in the area. I've always used Quality Auto Body and a recent experience reminded me why I haven't switched away. I wrecked my 4 Runner in May of 21. QAB put it back together for me and it looked fine. Looks can be deceiving, unbeknownst to me the replacement windshield wasn't seated correctly. Water had been dripping in, running into car and corroding the electronics system for about 13 months before the first symptom reared it's ugly head. I brought the rig into when my electric window would no longer operate - that is when they discovered the widespread corrosion. They approached me and 'said, this is the result of our repair work 13 months ago. We will repair it at no cost to you and we will not bring it to your insurance company either." I was totally impressed - HONESTY and INTEGRITY always win the day with me. They've earned my business for life (and I have four kids driving cars so they will get plenty of repeat business from me). I took my truck in to get the window replaced due to some criminal breaking it in. The estimator Travis was very helpful and easy to work with. The window was estimated to come 2-3 weeks and it came 1 week and got it fixed up, good as new. They also give complimentary rides home and back to the shop. My only complaint is that there is a charge for glass cleanup which is expected. But there’s large pieces of glass still left in my vehicle. I found in the gear stick area and drivers seat crevice. Not small barely noticeable, these are chunky pieces of glass. Not a good cleaning job. Two stars knocked off based on that.

Great service and fast mechanical work. It only took 30 min to replace a headlight assembly that a hawk took out. I felt sad for the loss of the hawk but Quality Auto Body took great care of the damage.

Had a couple door dings repaired on our car this week. They were nice and gave me a loaner car and worked with my schedule for coming back for the exchange of vehicles! Kudos to Travis and Nancy!!! Thank you!!!!! Car looks Great!!

I chose them to repair my 4Runner with 7k miles on it after an accident. They were very good about keeping me updated on when I could expect my vehicle back. After the repairs were complete I had a couple concerns so I called. They got me in same day, were easy to work with and voice my thoughts, and in less than a day I got my vehicle back looking like new!

Quality Auto & the staff are fantastic! They have been my "go to" for body work & various repairs ever since an accident I had a few years ago- they had the best pricing of all the estimates I had done & the work is always great! The staff are awesome & Dave always provides GREAT customer service and lives up to the "Quality" in Quality Auto! So much so that I've recommended them to friends & family. :)

I've brought 2 of my vehicles here 3 separate times over the last 6 years. They're the best! They're always very helpful & informative on the process. Yesterday I picked up my car and noticed a headlight out that wasn't out when I had dropped it off (highly unlikely it was caused by them) BUT I talked to them today and they said I could bring it on by and they could just check if it was something that maybe got unplugged while it was being worked on or if it's the bulb itself. Excellent customer service, my car looked slick when I picked it up yesterday :)

I've had a great experience with Quality Auto Body Shop over the years. The estimators are friendly, honest and easy to work with. Their body techs are the best in the business because my car has always come out of the shop looking like new! Getting your car repaired after an accident is never fun, but Quality Auto takes the time to make you feel comfortable, cared about and confident in the end result. Top notch!
