Very nice salesperson at the counter. He helped us get the best deal he could find. He took a long time with us (he was a talkative guy) There were others waiting in line to be helped, but he aknowledged them right away and told them he would get to them as soon as possible. There were many phones to see as well as other accesories.

Rose was fantastic! He immediately suggested the best way to go when my son's phone screen broke. I thought we were going to have to use the insurance and get a replacement phone but ended up getting a brand new iPhone. We are coming back once I get paid to purchase the screen protector and have rose put on the phone. I had a bad experience at the Montrose Verizon store. Stopping at this location was a big. Was looking into cell phone options and had no idea what I was doing. Rosalina was extremely helpful in explaining the pros and cons of everything and I never once felt like I was being lied to or having information withheld. Also one of the cleanest stores I've seen in a long time, will have to go back for accessories.
