I was traveling from Cleveland to Columbus and had a skid plate break free under my car and cause a horrible racket. I got off at the first exit I could and stumbled upon Rob and his shop. Robert's Auto Care came highly recommended by a friend. I had some diagnostics that needed done. The mechanic called me and went over every detail; identifying what was a safety concern and what would eventually need attention. He must have spent 20 minutes on the phone with me answering all my questions. Had some of the issues taken care of and got my car back and it's running great. I had a wheel bearing failure on my utility trailer near Burbank. Quick call to Roberts I was greeted by a friendly office lady. After explaining my situation, 60 miles from home, I limped my trailer to their shop. They quickly found the faulty bearing and inspected the good side of the trailer even. They ordered/found and installed new bearings, serviced the hubs and had me back on the road the same day. Really happy with the service I received. Thanks Roberts Auto Care. . Small place next to the now defunct Burbank post office -- never even realized it was there until I had to find a local mechanic quickly. They were very accommodating in a pinch and were able to do what I needed which was inspect the underside of my vehicle for damage after a trip into a deep drainage ditch (first time ever for me) on an earlier snowy icy night. It was pretty impressive to see an owner operator run a well-organized up and up small business. The place left me thinking Harvard Business School should run a course how to do this kind of small owner operator business. Sadly this will never occur at Haaaavhaaaaaard because after all the East Coast boys have it all over us poor tractor hats out here in fly over country. I didn't give him a five star only because I've never been there before and I should probably build up a track record with him, but frankly I was pretty impressed by this small place, it seems so damn well run. Go check it out for yourself. You will probably like it.

Rob and the team know what they're doing and work hard to accommodate and make time for their customers, even when they're slammed. Plus, Rob and the team are excellent at warning about maintenance that might come up in the future, so nothing blindsides me. Cannot recommend this place enough.
