This is one of three stores that is open in this outlet center no food no water two shoe stores don't get me wrong the lady who helped me out was really incredible and nice but this is a very dead shopping plaza they're getting one star because it's a completely dead shopping plaza

Oh my gosh! Did the price of shoes really go up that much? They have a decent selection of Men's, Women's, and kids shoes. The sales staff was nice.

I had a pair of boots that broke after only having them for two months. I did not have a receipt and the manager/worker that helped me on the phone was extremely rude. She said she could not help and that I should have kept my receipt. I even asked her if i could just exchange them and she said no beacuse they were only online. I did learn my lesson to keep receipts for at least 6 months. I guess I am member because Wooster was able to help me and they found my receipt! No to Lodi 👎 and yes for great customer service to Wooster!

The prices on some were more than our local Famous Footwear. Why drive out to an outlet over an hour away to find out you could have gotten better deals at home? Was not happy at the selection or the prices. Outlets are supposed to be more cost effective. This one sadly misses that mark.
