Usually quick and efficient. 3-4 staff on hand to dry helps things move along. Pleasant and courteous when opening the doors to dry the seams - usually say “thanks” or “have a good day” or “we appreciate you” - but sometimes the guys at the front don’t pay attention to how the car tires line up to click into the automated conveyor belt and I’ve scraped my rim - ack -

UPDATE: Dad’s called me and asked if they could touch up the detailing of my car. They got me in as soon as I could get there and made quick work of it. I was surprised and impressed by their responsiveness and desire to “make things right” as they put it. Kudos to them. ORIGINAL REVIEW WITH 2 STARS: They might not be bad if you want a quick wash, but detailing is not their thing. There was residue left on my display, crust left on and around cup holders, crumbs and bits of paper left under the seats, windows were not thoroughly cleaned, etc. Pretty disappointing. They Take you right in and tell you what to do as I was clueless lol I don't go to car washes often. when done they Clean the inside of your car door around the edge dry your car off real good ! Everyone was very personable. A very nice experience and my car looks great. Thank you😉👍🏻

I have a monthly unlimited car wash pass to get my brand new 2020 Ram Limited cleaned and I have been using it to get the truck cleaned about 4 times per week since Jan. I for the record have had the truck in there many times with no issues. The car wash is OK but many times there is tons of dirt left in the wheel wells back of the cab and bed and rims. They have added drying the interior door jambs which is nice. Yesterday 2/24/21 that all changed. There was a line as it is the 1st time it has warmed up over freezing in a few weeks. Mid way through the car wash my truck stopped moving forward. I felt the rear end jump once then again and I started honking the horn just as I was hit by the car behind me twice before someone shut the entire car wash down. An attendant came and had me pull forward into position and started the wash again. Once I pulled out for towel drying I went back to inspect and see the damage. I grabbed Alex the manager to show him what happened. He noticed the damage and asked me to pull around so he could start a report. He took my information and said they had a good camera system and would look into what happened and would call me later. He called about an hour later and said they would not fix the damage as he or his employees did not pull the truck into the car wash and couldn't be sure I didn't put it in park or reverse mid wash. He also said the center cameras were all fogged up due to all the washes they had done that day. So he really couldn't see what happened. The bottom line is this is a brand new truck that was damaged from his faulty equipment and they are refusing to stand behind their clear responsibility and repair my truck. I would highly suggest you do not take your car there for anything.

I have been a loyal Dad's customer for many years. Dating back to when the previous owners opened the location on Fulton Dr. So pleased was I with the service and quality, I subscribed to the unlimited monthly wash plan to the tune of approximately $40/mo (for the "best wash"). After the new owners bought the business, I decided to continue with the program after having been assured by the previous owner that the new owners knew the car wash business and he was sure they would maintain the level of quality we were used to. What prompts this review is the fact that I went to the Fulton Ave location (my home base) to get the car washed after an especially slushy drive had left the car a mess with a build up of gray, salty, frozen, slush on the running boards. I went through the car wash once which didn't remove the build up. One of the dryers was able to kick off most of the accumulation from the passenger side, but the driver's side guy didn't seem like he was willing to do the same to the driver's side. So, I drove around to go through the wash again. I was told by the attendant that I couldn't go through again to get the accumulation off. I asked him to give it a thorough squirt with the high pressure hose. He told me he did the first time, but nothing came off. I reminded him that I pay $40 a month for unlimited washes...he told me that his boss told them they can't be responsible for ice and frozen snow build up. WHAT??? He told me that I couldn't go through again...so much for unlimited washes. He wanted me to back out of line but couldn't because cars had pulled in behind me, so I went through again. When the wash was complete, I pulled out to the drying area, and the boys just stood around. One gave me a thumbs up signifying that I was done and should move on. When I just sat there, one dryer did come to my window and informed me that I had gotten an "express wash" which didn't include drying. At this point I asked what I was paying $40 a month for, which just befuddled him... I drove home. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service, and the way I was dismissed out of hand. When you spend over $500 a year (washes and tips) to get your car washed you want to be treated with a little more respect and feel that they take pride in their job and the reputation of their business...never mind the fact that this is a car wash whose job it is to clean your car. If this is what the new owners think of their responsibility and how they treat their loyal customers, then I will be looking for another facility at which to do my business. I thought it only fair to update my review. I have received a phone call from the owner of Dad's apologizing for my experience yesterday. Apparently an employee misinterpreted a directive from management causing my unpleasant experience. The phone call was unexpected, but very much appreciated. It was beyond what I had expected. It seems Dad's does care about customer service. I would change my review to reflect 4 stars.

I always thought this wash would cost much more because they have some hand washing and towel drying involved, but the pricing is really competitive with unmanned, automated washes. There was some kind of bird excrement on the hood and windshield that was dried like concrete. It would have never come off in a normal wash and these guys gave it some elbow grease and made the car look great!
