Good place to shop in person, but you can never reach them over the phone. On many occasions, I've called to schedule tires, the phone rings endlessly. The same thing happens when you call the customer service desk.

As much as I love sams club the members mark chicken & rice recipe dog food sent my dog to the emergency vet this morning. After reading many terrible reviews of others experiencing the same…. Take this off shelves or start paying peoples vet bills. Makes me sick to my stomach that other furbabies have to deal with this. Would LOVE to speak to a higher up and send them my vet bill:)

Sams club is the only clubbing I do these days LOL!!! Love the grab and go foods, bakery always has stocked selections even on busy days, and there are always lots of workers restocking throughout the day. Always get the cookies because I’m a silly little cookie monster who loves their silly little m&m cookies!! silly shopper leaving a silly review. WONDERFUL SAVINGS ON BULK ITEMS AT SAM’S CLUB!

Great store to shop at but if u want your car looked at. Brought my jeep over to get the wheeled balanced they said it’s fixed well…. Took it to Goodyear the next day bc I was still having problems with it they said something about a 3 my tire had NO weights on the front driver side I do not recommend sams club!!!

I purchased a trampoline offline, it was missing several parts, I paid to get it set up only to pay to have it taken down….customer service promised me for 4 days that they would arrange a pick up since the box got wet….that never happened. I called the store directly and they told me to bring it in, they helped me unload it, and showed compassion….I was totally distraught when I went….I left completely satisfied…..they have 5 star service, great management and customer service team….they also reinstated my membership for free that I canceled out of frustration from the 800 customer service run around. I highly recommend this store

I love this location , I have a membership to SAMS and also BJs . I stopped here yesterday and was asked by an extremely rude old woman by the door for my membership to enter . Now out of all the times I've visited this location I've never been asked to show my card to enter only at checkout. I grabbed my cart and headed in , I was talking to my son not really paying attention and again this RUDE old woman by the door literally screamed at me for my card . I showed it to her , but one if we need to start showing our membership then maybe we should put someone friendly and more courteous by the door . Honestly she made me so angry with her mannerism , and again I wasn't paying attention I walked in the store like I normally would.

Love me some Sams Club. Literally always have the cheapest high test gasoline around-First things first lol. Also, who doesn’t love samples !! But for real, being a family of 7, I spend A LOT of Moolah at the sams. Always clean and well stocked. Can’t beat cheap lunch for the kids either, at the food counter. Don’t leave without getting a $.99 frozen yogurt either. My favorite thing to do at Sams (without kids, Of course ) is to go down every single aisle and look for markdowns !!!! They are there, people !!! Randomly marked down. Definitely worth my time. The clothes are awesome too, and clearance down quickly. My husband greatly appreciates me grabbing stuff at an even bigger discount ! Good times at Sams club in canton 😎
