What a wonderful find Jackson Grey Jewelers has been for me! I had several items to repair and resize and they did a beautiful job. They even made a too small, sharp edged unwearable ring that I had and loved, larger and more comfortable. I now wear it all the time! Actually, I had given up on this piece after a larger jewelry shop did very little to improve it. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Quite lovely!

So thrilled with the blue topaz ring Chad designed for me! He took the stone my mother passed down to me and made a stunning piece for me to enjoy and hand down to my daughters. The service was local, personal, and seamless and the end result more than I could have expected!

Ever since I moved to this side of Cleveland, I've been taking my jewelry to Jackson Grey for service and maintenance. I love that they do in house repairs and don't send out like the corporate stores do. It helps too that they've always been so friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable both on jewelry and on good bourbons!

Took my eye glasses in to see if Chad could fix them. The place where I purchased them said they would have to send them back to the manufacturer and it would take 2-3 weeks because they needed to be welded with gold. Chad fixed them in less than 10 minutes! I would recommend Jackson Grey Jewelers for even the most unusual repairs, as well as their fine jewelry. Deby L

My chiropractor is in the same building so I’ve been walking by for the last 6 weeks and finally popped in today. What a great experience! Chad was so friendly and I LOVE his selection of jewelry. He worked with me throughout the process, even as I was living in a different city, to understand my (her) wants and needs - and what he delivered was absolutely perfect.
