Great service and great experience! Had to upgrade my phone to be on the 5g network and Mark set me up with everything I needed. He was so nice, professional, and helpful, and it was the easiest phone transition I've had. They also let me know about an upgrade to my phone plan at no additional cost and enacted that for me. Definitely will go here as long as I'm on this plan.

Kal is the man. I called him up with questions about my phone and an email I received about a deal on a new phone since the network just upgraded. He advised I come in to the store for more clarification and potentially a better deal than stated in the email. I was met with professionalism and courtesy as he was very busy helping others as well as on the phone. I left there happier with a new phone and a better monthly plan. If anyone needs the hook up on any iphones or androids, or accessories I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out

I keep getting emails about my boost mobile plan. But I have never had boost mobile. I’m a at and t customer. Decided to call in to see if they can explain it and they guy that answered the phone had terrible costumer service. He said he’s never heard of that and that I will need to come in and he’s sooooo busy. Decided to call another boost mobile store and they guy was able to help me and it only took 2 minutes.

If you want to be treated as a customer that matters, this is the place. Cal will do everything in his power to make sure that if you have an issue whether it's technical or administrative it's solved and you're happy. No hard sells. Very knowledgeable on everything he sells, from the phones to cases or other accessories. If you're tired of feeling like you don't matter and they just want your money, give Cal a call or visit. You won't regret it.
