Do not return here! I returned something on May 30th and was originally told I would see my return in 7 days, called in to check and they said it would probably be 30 days before I get my refund and that I should've sent it UPS!

Store is kept very nice and clean. Easy to find on GPS parking is offered in front also behind store in a garage. Staff are always friendly and respectful. They also offer self service. Would recommend 👌 👍

Maybe good for students, but otherwise impossible parking so return "drop-offs" aren't really possible. I've also had 2 out of 3 returns not make it to Amazon when returned there.

I had to return a larger box with a dolly thinking it would be a pain, but the parking is conveniently behind it. You do have to pay but it was .75¢ for 30 min.

Horrible parking situation. Although well placed for buslines and students, the location of this facility on High street on campus was not good. Parking costs 3 dollars in the garage, once you figure out your parking options. How could this be the best drop off facility to service the entire Columbus metro?
