Update: I spoke with Tola in the executive office and then met with Mariah, the branch mgr at this same location 2 days ago. She was able to re-open a new account and honor the cash promo, which I had been denied, when my account was closed for fraud. Both were friendly and professional in dealing with me and my only reason for not giving 5 stars is because they are still in the process of reimbursing my initial deposit. I see I am not the first customer to have a problem with William Fields at the 1710 N. HIgh St, Columbus branch. He never returns calls and was never able to help me resolve my online access issue, before KeyBank automatically closed my account for suspected fraud, when I logged in from Texas. Customer service as a whole is useless and even Tola in the Executive office, who supposedly opened a case, to determine why my account was closed, has not returned my call in over 2 weeks. This is my worst experience with any US bank and to top it off, KeyBank will not return my initial $500 deposit, after they closed my account 6 weeks ago. All I hear is that the check is in the mail and how it is the fault of USPS, that I have not received my money, even though I did immediately receive multiple letters from KeyBank, when they closed my account.

By far the worst keybank branch in Columbus. To many details to go into. Do not trust William Fields or Nana for your banking. Cannot even get a address right, input information correctly, or do simple math.

It used to be a good bank branch a few months ago but now I had a bad experience. I have a car loan through their bank and have had several bad customer service experiences. Their customer service representative were very rude. I wouldn't recommend this branch for loan service especially. Use different branch.

Good branch, I'm always in and out quickly and have always had good service. The only issue with this branch is you either have to parallel park on High St (on campus so good luck) or park on a nearby side street.

I have been a customer of Key ( formerly Society Bank) since 1972. Last week my online transactional history for my checking account vanished when I logged in to Online Banking. Online Banking at Key is notoriously awful in customer service, and in this instance they continue to disappoint. They say it could be up to 10 days to fix. On the flip side, on site customer service excels. But I’ve got to leave my house to get to that branch. And waste my time in the process. As I told the online customer service, you are not inspiring my confidence in your competence when I lose my online info all of a sudden and it takes so long to fix. However, if there’s no fix soon, I will leave my bank of 45 years for a credit union, where small accounts are their stock and trade.
