Another indian owned gas station who doesn't care about costumer service , of you want to fo business in USA you need to learn how to satisfy your costumers. What my personal issue is : when i walked up with 2 bottles of soft drinks cashier was busy was his nails and not paying attention on me , so i left everything at the counter and left! Nasty people i ever seen !

Absolutely great place, owners are extremely helpful and kind. Always willing to go out of their way to help! Love this place and anyone who says otherwise is just rude to the workers and are to entitled . Great store!

They shorted us $10 in change. When we called to rectify the situation, the "owner" answered the phone, cussed me out, hung up on us numerous times, refused to give us the corporate number, then said that if I have a problem, I can meet him at the store. I don't know what I was expecting from a lowlife who works at a gas station, but threatening me because they stole money out of OUR pocket is ridiculous.

I had fuel points of 40 cents off. After 20 minutes of pumping I had 1/4 tank. I went in to complain and the guy working there said, "yeah, that happened to me yesterday. Do you live close? Go home and come back." Are you kidding me? Never again!

Ive been coming to the area for some months now, and its honeslty just made not even worth it by thw man working the inside during the nightshift. He has never not been incredibly rude to me or any people I have ever seen him deal with He acts as if anyone he speaks to is making his night harder. I see here that others have the same complaint.

9:16AM the guy behind the counter says the bathroom outside is unlocked. Sat for a half hour to prove him wrong. Do NOT do business with a LIAR! slummy gas station.

The experience at this Shell is awesome after the night and early morning clerk works. He is rude fron behind the glass to not just me dozens of early morning customers. This is disgusting and unprofessional. I am a company owner and would fire any of my staff whobis constantly rude to customers (my bread and butter) I spoke wit a female who stated she was the owner and said she had complaints. That was three months ago and she still has this person employed. Therefore, this place should be boycotted. There should not be a rude business in our neighborhoods.

If they lost a few of their current employees and replaced them with more adept customer service professional type people, then this place would be rocking. It's just the neighborhood I suppose, however the night time employee is not a very polite person.

Stopped here for gas and a bathroom break. Don't bother. It's absolutely filthy. The door to the co-Ed bathroom is so broken it doesn't even close, and it's nearly impossible to even open. It was filthy, as expected for a gas station restroom, but no toilet paper or soap and a huge mess all over the floor and toilet seat. I walked across the street to the Wendy's instead.
