Their flowers look good but.. I went on a Saturday to get 30 bags of mulch and the garden cashier let me know they didn’t have anyone working in the drive through mulch load up. I’m not complaining about them being short staffed but I wish they would have offered to send someone out to help me or get some loaded on a cart. I’m not afraid to do lifting, but 30 by myself would have been hard. Lowe’s line is open.

I really love the Home Depot...but I will never use them for flooring or carpet again. This review is specifically for their flooring department. We ordered custom flooring and carpet only to find out 2 weeks later that they couldn't get our selection. It took almost 3 hours to find and order a new type of flooring. The order came in---we picked it up---and scheduled the install for six weeks out. The day of the install we got a call that the installer was unable to come out and they rescheduled us. This next time---they came to install, opened the boxes and discovered all of our planks were broken and none of the stair noses or trim were in our order. We returned all the flooring and were promptly refunded at the service desk. When cancelling the carpet order---the flooring associate was very kind but kept insisting we could not be refunded until their department manager came back from vacation. Upon my instance to speak with another manager, Marla, was paged. When we explained the endless problems we faced with the Home Depot---she promptly and effortlessly refunded our order. Again my review is about the flooring department and their struggles with our order---we did receive good customer service with our refund and cancelation. I like the Home Depot alot but their flooring department wasn't up to snuff.

I've been in about 15 times since starting renovations on my house. The paint section employees in particular are the most kind, knowledgeable, and helpful individuals! This is always my go to store for supplies.

Place is a joke anymore. Nothing is in stocks had to go to Menards in Brimfield. Way better newer store that actually stocks the shelves. Been going to this store since they opened along time ago. Think it's a great time for a change. No more HD.

This is the best Home Depot I’ve ever been to. All of the employees here are wonderful and they have an extensive plant selection. The reason for 4 stars is because it is very difficult to coordinate cabinet orders with them.

I had to walk to the front of the store to request someone be paged to assist me in aisle 14, of which NOBODY ever showed up. I proceeded back to the front advising three employees that I will be taking my business to Lowes. They could have cared less and just looked at me without speaking a word. I inquired about speaking with the manager on duty, they were not aware of who was working and I advised I will call the store and advise them of the poor CS by all today. I will not be going back..

Nice store, but still hard to find someone to help and had to got to extreme end of registers for assisted checkout. Even though three employees were hanging out at self checkout. Menards remains my favorite hardware store.

Well I had the Home Depot credit card as of 2021 and got about 500.00 dollars worth of product from them in September of 2021 just went up in may of 2022 because I needed a lawnmower and when I got to the counter the cashier said your card has been declined wth. They are very bad about that it has happened to me twice with this company. What got to use your card every month to remain able to use your credit card with them and I have a 850 credit score. I guess it Lowe's for me.

Worst Home Depot ever should of just gone to Lowe’s no one knew what they were doing. Asked for a carpet to be cut to length which was done correct hover upon leaving the store we noticed it was priced incorrectly went back to return it because our experience was soured by the rudeness of staff told us can’t take it back won’t adjust price. Also no signs anywhere indicating precut items cannot be returned. Also returned a near $200 Milwaukee tool box because of principal. Have spent way too much here as a professional locksmith. I went to another store bought the tool box cheaper too. Customers beware rude customer service as well.
