Update: bumped rating to 5 stars after seeing their reply. Very nice. 😉 This is a nice location in an upscale area. It's kept very clean and well organized. No visible litter or debris on lot. I can't blame this entirely on the business, but the gas prices were substantially higher than most all other gas stations around Columbus, which are already too high to begin with.

Update: bumped rating to 5 stars after seeing their reply. Very nice. 😉 This is a nice location in an upscale area. It's kept very clean and well organized. No visible litter or debris on lot. Based on the reviews I guess I am wasting my time leaving one. But, today they returned to mandatory mask inside store. Signs up and everything. The girl working has one on, I have one on. The guy working there had no mask on at all. Customers did not either. So I asked the girl if their mask rule was in effect. She said yes. I asked why the employee wasn't wearing one? She was lost for words to answer.

Today I stop To buy a drink They have a promotion cost $.99 when I'm about to pay the lady told me is $1.49 for a drink but the way did she say it is so rude If's a promotion right there I think you should respect that I hear a lot of complaints about this gas station is the first time it happened to me in theLast one so I'm not gonna stop again I stop in the next gas stationan in Upper Arlington speedway I buy the same drink I paid $.99 and they very nice Sometimes it's not about the money but sometimes it's about how people talking to you

I don't think they maintain their equipment very well. I've had three bad experiences so I'm done. I went to this location last summer to get gas and a car wash. I purchased the car wash at the pump. The pump was malfunctioning and didn't print the receipt, which I needed because it had the car wash code on it. I went in to the cashier to get a receipt and was told they were going to get the pump repaired. A couple of weeks later and the same thing happened. Yesterday I went through the wash and paid with cash. The machine didn't give me my $14 of change and didn't produce the "refund receipt" it said it printed. Had to go into the cashier.

Only reason 1 star is selected is because u can not select 0! Some young girl claiming to be "the boss" tells us we cant look at a newspaper unless we are buying it. Then goes on to swear after we ask if she was really being seriouse. Not sure her name because she was wearing her 1999 baby phat jacket covering her name tag. Highly unprofessional, management should do a better job of hiring quality people instead of some one trying to abuse her gas station attendant power.... yes I guess thats possible
