Had issues with the Post Office Saying Gonna Deliver Package then suddenly it ends up delivered at said Post Office. (We never got it so they gave it too someone random) Then talked to someone about it. They said "Maybe its here. Well call you back" Days ago. Guess what they never call you back, But now as of calling I have had them ignore my calls. Which you can tell theyre ignoring cause sometimes it doesnt ring threw cause they purposely hangup. And sometimes they put it on mute.

Must have had a different delivery person today. Was expecting a package in the mail. Got a notification that deliver was attempted, could not be delivered, and that my package could be picked up at the post office. My regular delivery person ALWAYS leaves my packages by my back door without fail and she is extremely friendly about it. She is amazing. Whatever happened today angered me. Called the next morning and talked to Amy who explained the dilemma and assured me that the package would be on the truck today. Thank you, Amy.

Does your mail lady on Windermere have a problem with her customers, or does she treat everyone as badly as she does those residents? Is it plain laziness, or plain stupidity? This is a continual issue with those who receive their mail on Windermere. I'm appalled at the behavior of this mail carrier. Perhaps she needs to find another profession.

I've shipped several items that I have sold on the internet from this post office and they are always shipped out in a timely manner and the postal clerks are always friendly and helpful. 😁

I used to be able to call my Post Office in St. Clairsville Ohio. Not Now!! Im ill and keep getting that stupid toll free automated number probably ran by republicans who are all Traitors. They are more concerned about surveys than people.

All I wanted to do was check on a package that wasn’t delivered. First of all, I should be able to just call my local post office. But no, I have to call this joke of an 800 number. Then after getting where I need to be, the stupid automated system didn’t even give me enough time to say the tracking number and when it asked for the 1st two letters (it was a number and letter) it couldn’t understand that either. Then it tells me the wait time is an hour!!!!! Are you telling me that out of millions of people, you cannot hire enough people to work the lines??? And also, what does it say about the USPS when the wait time for customer service is an hour??? I’ll not use them again I can promise you that!

They NEVER pick up the phone. My mail is often not delivered and sent back to the sender as I have an “invalid address” which has surprisingly been just fine for the past six months. Often our mail gets delivered to the other side of town! Careless!
