They have enough of a selection if you need to do some shopping while getting a prescription filled. Also, shopping on the app is convenient and order is usually ready within the hour.

I had to go to the drive thru 3 times this week and had horrible service. The wait time was so bad people were leaving after being in line for 20 minutes or more. This was every time I went. One time I waited 25 minutes In front of the glass window when someone finely said they would be with me in a few minutes. Add on the wait time before the window we waited over an hour! I understand if they are short staffed but they could still acknowledge me.

Completely unreliable for covid testing. If you book an appointment here, I highly recommend you book a backup appointment somewhere else in case Walgreens fails to follow through on thier scheduled appointment. I scheduled a Covid test 3 days in advance because my child was exposed to a someone with covid and wanted to determine if she had covid since I have 70+ year old parents who are involved in our lives. The person we spoke to initially told us we needed to wait 30 minutes for "paperwork". After waiting 30 minutes we checked back in and were told the person who needs to administer the test to my child "had the day off". Completely unbelievable. I am not sure what is more infuriating, the fact that she changed her story, the fact that they knew they didn't have the personnel for that day and confirmed the appointment anyways, or the fact that she had us wait for 30 minutes before telling us no testing for us today.

Much better, smarter, caring staff compared to the horrible CVS nxt door ... But recently had an issue with pharmacists that according to my prescription, he treated, made me feel like a loser ..

Nothing earth shattering.. Went in to get letter writing supplies that could not find at Wal-Mart.. Found a writing clip board of sorts. It says "take on the world".. I call it my "The take on the World Transcriber" Met the sweetest store associate and twin Emily at the checkout. She was very kind.. She listened and was extremely cordial when I asked about her eye color.. Very pretty eyes.. Looked green.. But she told me that in the direct sunlight when the rays hit her face.. That they are pronounced blue.. Not was not flirting by any means.. Have a pure agape interest in people.. God bless you.. And God bless you for being so outgoing and people skilled oriented. I was the guy who was wearing a Marine cap and blue Hawaiian type shirt.. Would shop there again..

I love Walgreens the staff are so friendly at the pharmacy and at check out counters. I love that I can use my Android to save coupons and use them in the store to save money and the best part is I get tons of free points to shop at a place that I love. I make money shopping with my phone. It is so easy and I can shop my favorite store. Don't forget to sign up for the Walgreens app to start clipping coupons and earn points for money.
