the people in this pharmacy have to be the rudest people I have ever had to associate with. I will never go into this rite aid again after I receive my second vaccine dose. I almost cancelled my appointment and moved it to somewhere completely different.

Aleeha is terrible at her job. Her Yasmine and Ashley always have the most disgusting attitudes. I had to stop coming to this rite aid because of them!

This is just a nice store to shop in. The front end staff is always helpful. (Pharmacy contact is limited but Covid booster shot was fine!) Its nice that they greet you by name after a few visits. Neat and organized. If you ask a person stocking items where something is, they STOP what they are doing and help you!!!! (Ask at a Meijer store and you might get a hand wave "over there some place"). I have to believe this must be one of the top producers based on the constant activity I see when I drive by.

The pharmacists and technicians here provide excellent customer service. They contact my doctor and follow up when I need refills and prior authorizations. They also handled an insurance-related issue which ended up saving me a lot of money. I really appreciate the time they put into helping me get what I need.

While I absolutely ADORE the staff at the pharmacy, the "powers that be," at this particular Rite-Aid have changed the prescription delivery service AND IT SUCKS. The staff calls to let me know they'll be delivering the next day, and when the delivery is a 'no show,' I find out they couldn't or wouldn't deliver it because it's a controlled substance or it's refrigerated. WHY BOTHER THEN???? Stupid and foolish - just keep Ron - AT LEAST HE'S DEPENDABLE!!! Shame on you.

Typically a great pharmacy to use. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because they were closed when I went in today while they were supposed to be open. It's holiday hours and it was posted in the window directly in front of me that they close at 10am. Got there at 9:30 and they were closed.
