When I got to the door and seen they was locking the place down, I just said no and left. I am definitely not going to give my money to a business that is still operating in this manner.

They keep the place nice and clean. The guy that i dealt with was freindly. They dont pay nothing close to spot for gold or silver. But try to charge me 50 bucks which is double spot price for a silver eagle with milk spots all over it. Which is kinda insulting to me. Im not a dumby. The guy dosen't seem to be knowledgeable about bullion whatsoever.

It is unfortunate that they are imposing a mask mandate to enter. I was looking to buy a drum set and was not able to enter. I realize this is their right to do it, it is also my right to shop elsewhere.

it’s a shame that i had to give even one star. because they don’t even deserve that! i cant believe how some people are in the pawnbrokers business! the use of ebay rather than educating yourself is now rampant! i went to this... establishment today. and was VERY disappointed! not only at the lack of professionalism, but customer service! you guys need to remember the 2 rules of successful business. #1 the Customer is always right. #2 even when the customer is wrong, refer to rule #1. the last thing you should do is to chase after a once they’ve left your business. unless you’re going to apologize. which im pretty sure is a foreign concept for you! i brought in cordless power tools that were in like new condition. and you and you boy at the counter severely lowballed the offer in a loan? and yes i actually asked ayfkm? im not some drug addicted thief who steals a working man’s tools. and before you ask, yes i CAN and WILL produce the receipt from where i purchased it NEW! all that being said... i would advise the general public to AVOID this.... establishment, at all costs!

I was very aware of the no return/ no refund policy but...Bought wedding rings for over $1500.00 but the marriage was a bust. Tried to return the rings within a 30 day period but was told that I could only get about $50.00 for them. Wow! Thanks for nothing. You and my ex must come from the same planet?

I went in Richie's today to try to sale 2 gold bullion coins. I had already checked the price of gold before I went, so I would know a fair price for what I had. As I waited to be served, I looked around the store to see grossly over priced items. (Almost $600 for a used TV that I could buy new for $499!) When the employee got around to me, He tried to scam me! He told me that what I had were Gold "Clad" coins, & he would only be able to give me $5 each for them. I should have walked out then, but I stayed & showed him that these coins were in fact Gold Bullion & not some "Clad" coins. I also explained to him that I knew the price of Gold & I know that they have to make money too. His next offer, was $30 for BOTH coins! The employee insulted my intelligence & tried to act like I should be grateful for his low ball offer!!! I left, drove to another gold dealer & was able to sale both coins for over $150! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because a lower score was not an option! So if you are looking for over priced junk or you are looking to be robbed, this is your store.. I strongly advise everyone else to look elsewhere!
