The women at the printing desk were very kind and got my job done perfectly. The day before I came to Staples I had gone to Office Depot to make signature stamps and had a terrible experience and ultimately was unsuccessful. So then I came to Staples and they got the job done quickly and the stamps look great.

Rosa who works in Print and Marketing Services was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and patient in getting my signs printed. She made the process so easy and wonderful and answered all of my questions with knowledge and expertise! She is awesome!! Go to Staples and ask for Rosa if you need to get something printed!

Stopped in to buy a desk and chair for a business account and all went alright. Got home and it's the wrong desk. No problem I thought, and we went to the store another day to exchange. Got there and told them what happened. The lady was told me to get the (200 lb) desk from my truck. When I told her that I cannot (I am disabled) she rolled her eyes and just walked away. The. Decided to just return it and get a refund. The other lady at the front counter started hastling us about a return. End of the day got out with my refund but was treated with such disrespect I will do my business shopping elsewhere. Sorry to ask you to do your job.

Went to pick up a print today and I had totally misordered. Jennifer was awesome and showed me a bunch of options that made the prints MUCH better! Really appreciate the awesome service!

Print center is ridiculous. Made a large order for print and first they stated they could do so I paid and then when I went to pick it up they did not get my payment then once that was confirmed gave me a new date to find out four days later they cancelled my order. Do not use this store

Was reminded today why I rarely shop here; and, even then, only because of wife's insistence or an emergency. Called yesterday to locate Canon ink cartridges and was told that what I needed was in stock and would be held at the front for my pickup. Picked them up that afternoon, and when I got home wife said they were wrong numbers. Took 'em back today and got credit . . . and word that 1) store was out of stock and 2) so were their other stores. Inconvenience, carelessness / incompetence, wasted time and money (gas), and surly staff. Will argue with wife the next time she says go to Staples.

The store needs to update their hours of operation on the website. I arrived at the store an hour before(7p) the listed closing time of 8p on the store’s website. I just wanted to pick up cards that were already paid for. The apparent manager only offered his apologies but nothing else to resolve me receiving my order.
